Enjoy a unique stay in our smart 3-story townhome located in The Greatest Heights of Houston with close proximity to various popular bars, restaurants, and shopping centers. Relax in our modern, fun, outdoor furniture with a magnificent view from our deck. Smart home enabled including a majority of lights, fans, and shades controlled by either Alexa (voice activation) or remote control. High-speed wifi available to support anyone working from home!

Please be advised that we have security cameras to monitor the exterior of the home.

Beautiful location and comfortable space for family of 5

I stayed here for a family reunion with my in-laws and it was great. Everyone had plenty of space, we were able to cook several great meals in the lovely kitchen, and we really enjoyed the sunny roof deck! Lots of nice spots for coffee and food nearby.

Great location in the Heights. A new property, nice and clean. The property manager was great with communication--responses sometimes in minutes. Will definitely be booking here again!

Amazing location! Amazing property! A must stay when in the Heights.

My friends and I had an amazing time visiting the Heights area and staying at this property! We were blown away by the cleanliness and hospitality shown by the property manager. They made sure we were taken care of & had the best experience! Super close walking distance to bars/restaurants in the area. Very easy check in and check out. You can see a glimpse of downtown Houston from the rooftop. This property is everything you need & more when spending a weekend in the Houston Heights! We will definitely be returning if we’re back in the future! Thank you!

Very spacious property with nice furnishings and a clean/modern feel. Well appointed with most equipment, but we had to buy are own kettle which we’ve left. Very inadequate crockery/cutlery - 5 dinner plates and 4 forks for a property that sleeps 7 people!!! Also very inconvenient to not be allowed access to the control for climate/temperature instead having to email requests to adjust the heating. Sofas only seat 5 which was fine for us but wouldn’t work for maximum occupancy. The roof terrace is very pleasant, the beds were comfy, there were plenty of towels. Not enough coat hangers were provided but we’ve left the ones we bought. A very pleasant stay and we’d be happy to come again but not in high summer without control of our own climate.
