This earth home is Minnestay's newest listing and is sure to provide the most memorable experience with your next Minneapolis stay!

As you drive up to this property you may notice there is very little to notice, that is, until you walk closer. There you'll find a staircase that leads you down to the front door of the home. Upon opening the door you'll immediately begin to feel like you're no where near Minneapolis!

This interior is bathed in sunlight by way of sky lights and windows...everywhere! You may be in the ground but certainly won't feel it!

This home features a den, living room, fully functional kitchen, dining area, 2 queen bedrooms, laundry, and a stunning bathroom displaying a spa like vibe. If you're looking to spend some time relaxing outside, step out onto the terraced patio and enjoy the privacy. The patio will surprise you with the Pyro Tower which can be used as a grill, smoker, or chiminea! If you'd rather enjoy the view from above, head up to the massive deck area located on top of the home. A gas grill and plenty of seating is available for gathering with friends and family.

• All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
• All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.)
• Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
• A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
• No smoking inside of the home. This includes e-cigarette and vape.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• No pets allowed!
• Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.
• Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.
