Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property, pool, and backyard with the exception of the disconnected mother-in-law suite which is fenced off from the rest of the property. There is off street parking available that can be accessed from the alley. Guests can enter the backyard from a gate connecting the yard to the alley parking.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is very quiet and tranquil. The backyard offers direct access to 40 miles of bike paths, taking you on a scenic journey to Fort De Soto, downtown, and the neighboring beach towns. And when you're ready to venture out, you're only a 10-minute drive away from the vibrant downtown St. Petersburg and the gorgeous St. Pete Beach.
