The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, but is in need of renovation (bathroom area specifically). It is located on the first floor of a large, older motel/hotel that is undergoing some upgrades, including its branding. It is close to ND but not walking distance close. The staff of the motel was very friendly, and there is a new sports bar opening in the lobby space.
