other than the location of the apartment, which was exceptional, the apartment itself was well done. It is ample space for one or two persons only and a perfect getaway. I enjoyed the open space floor plan and the abundance of natural light in the unit. It felt like living in a treehouse above the harbor. First thing in the morning when you get up to grab a cup of coffee, the very first thing you see is all a beautiful Gustavia Harbour at your feet. It is truly $1 million view. Would definitely rent again. Host is extremely attentive and responsive.

Wonderful stay in St Barths

Wonderful property and host! the loft was perfect and had everything you could need - including snorkels and masks, umbrellas and chairs for the beach. A speaker to play music and a backgammon board and all kitchen utensils and coffee items. The deck and jacuzzi made the loft - such a beautiful setting and quiet too. Perfect location - safe and convenient to town and beach. Rudy our host was there at a moments notice and friendly and polite.

We had such an amazing stay at this loft. The host was awesome, very easy to communicate with. He left us a ton of snacks and drinks upon arrival. Amazing spot!!

This place is really amazing and Rudy is an incredibly gracious host. Perfect location. Super clean. All modern amenities. I could spend all day sitting on the deck looking at the boats come and go from the harbor. Great food just nearby. Was nervous about parking during the high season, but it was super easy to find a spot. Will be back!

Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Loft!

My wife and I have been vacationing on St. Barts for many years and have stayed all over the island. Weā€™ve recently started staying in Gustavia in order to take advantage of the many things to do and see in town. It also makes the ā€œcommuteā€ the beaches a breeze as Goveneurs, Saline, St. Jean, and Lorient are a quick hop over, or around, the hills. Rudyā€™s property is exceptional as he thought of everything that you would need for a relaxing stay in paradise and he makes sure that everything is perfect. A full size washing machine, a rarity on St. Barts, allows you to pack way less than you ever thought you would need. The hot tub is perfect for 2. The pictures posted do not do justice to this very modern loft has plenty of room for 2 and is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. The view from the deck makes you feel as though you are on a boat in the harbor, surrounded by countless vessels of all sizes. We will be back!!

Our home away from home on SBH

This was our second visit to Rudyā€™s loft and it truly felt like home mostly because of Rudyā€™s care for his guests and the ease and perfection of his loft. If you prefer a real St. Barths experience where you can walk everywhere in Gustavia and be a part of local life then this is your place. Rudy is a true friend and he also helped us in a real pinch when our flights were cancelled.

Stunning location and property

Thought this was too good to be true but I was wrong. The property was absolutely stunning with the best location in Gustavia close to all the shopping and restaurants. Rudy was amazing and patient when I was having difficulty with my internet and cell phone signal. He picked us up from the ferry and made everything seamless! Highly recommend!!

Our stay was just perfect. The accommodation is in such a great location. We were able to walk to everywhere in Gustavia. If we needed a taxi, our incredible host, Rudy sorted us one. All the amenities were fantastic and made for such a great stay. Rudy was just fabulous throughout. I honestly cannot recommend this property more. We will be back!

Fun place to stay in Gustavia

The loft on the harbor is perfect for an in town stay. The design is clean and attractive. The porch overlooking the harbor was just great- very entertaining watching the active waterways and boats and people. Hot tub is great after walking the hilly town. Rudy- the host is the nicest, most accommodating person!

Perfect stay in Gustavia

My wife and I stayed at the loft for our anniversary. It is located right in the middle of the harbor. Outstanding views and walking distance to everything. The loft was very nice and well maintained. Perfect for two people. Rudy was an excellent host and very helpful when a delayed flight complicated our arrival when we missed our flight out of St. Martin. He recommended the ferry and picked us up when we arrived. We had a great experience and highly recommend.

Perfectly located and equipped chic apartment in Gustavia

My husband and I adored our time in Rudyā€™s loft. It is absolutely perfect for a couple, and is well equipped with everything youā€™d need and more. The location is on the peaceful side of the harbor, but just a short walk to all of the bars and restaurants in Gustavia as well as Shell Beach. We enjoyed many mornings and sunsets on the balcony watching the boats come and go, and made good use of the snorkeling gear that was available. Thank you Rudy for the wonderful stay, we cannot wait to return!

One particular harbor

This Loft is ideally located on the Harbor with fantastic views all day and night long. It's location is fantastic for easy walking to Guatavia, the shops and restaraunts (however limited during this end of season). Premier property on of our favorite places to celebrate our wedding anniversary, St Barth.

A very special place in town

There arenā€™t enough words to describe how lovely this apartment in Gustavia is. Rudy was incredibly helpful and communicative, his property is completely charming, efficient and has the most amazing terrace literally on the waterā€¦it is like being on a boat. I only write reviews for places that I find extraordinary. My hope is that you will all ignore this review totally, and let me alone have Rudyā€™s place in St. Barth. But that would not be fair to Rudy ā€“ so here goes: On-line the apartment is called the Unique Style Loft- but really- itā€™s Rudyā€™s place. He has taken care to install top-of-the-line floors/counters/appliances and beautifully done construction. It is a small space, a maximum of three can stay there comfortably-but perfectly appointed. There is real craftmanship at play hereā€”and the space is well used. It is clean. It is efficient. Outside, the patio overlooks Gustavia harbor, and it is stunning. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the patio when we were home. And the view was an excellent reason to stay home! But why stay home when you are three blocks from the famous Shell Beach. Walk on over to Shell Beach with the snorkel gear Rudy provides and WOWSA see the gorgeous fish feet from the shore. It is a little shocking how close you are to these magnificent effervescent little sea creatures of every imaginable color. For that matter, you can walk anywhere you like around the harbor- great restaurants, great shopping-pick your poison! But aside from reasonable priced, beautifully, and thoughtfully constructed apartment, next to a beach teaming with swimming works of art and superior food and shoppingā€”there is genuine kindness from the host.

Loft sur le port de Gustavia

Nous avons passĆ© un super sĆ©jour ds cet appartement trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ© et superbement dĆ©corĆ©.
