Our Second Home

We discovered this apartment three years ago, and have now stayed there four times for a total of about 45 days. It is beautiful, comfortable, well located, and fully equipped. There is a wonderful view. The owner, Annick, is a treasure, and makes us feel like family. As a lifelong resident of the island, she is a wealth of information. We can’t wait to return.

Another Fabulous Stay!

This was our second time at Annick’s property. She met us at the ferry and assisted us as we sorted out our rental car, which was a huge help. We’d (somehow) forgotten just how beautiful the rental unit was. The views are breathtaking, and the surroundings are peaceful. All of the neighbors we encountered were lovely, and the tortoises and lizards were fun to observe. The well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and snacks. In addition, the smart television was a nice touch. Annick also recommended a wonderful taxi service, which allowed us to meet friends in Gustavia without having to worry about parking. We’re grateful for Annick’s kindness and responsiveness. À la prochaine!

Merveilleux!

Nous sommes absolument ravis de notre séjour de deux semaines dans ce joli appartement. De l’accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire jusqu’à notre départ, tout était parfait! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la beauté, l’intimité et la tranquillité de l’endroit ainsi que le confort du logement d’une propreté irréprochable. Très bien équipé et fonctionnel, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Nous avons passé d’agréables moments de détente sur les deux terrasses de l’appartement qui offrent une vue spectaculaire sur les montagnes et l’océan. Une voiture est nécessaire pour se déplacer et découvrir cette île magnifique. Nous espérons y retourner un jour et n’hésiterons pas à recommander cette propriété à nos parents et amis. Merci Annick pour toutes les petites attentions et la facilité d’entrer en communication avec vous!

Perfect getaway

The space was perfect for my wife and I. The pictures don’t do it justice. The unit is spacious and the view is spectacular, especially from the bedroom. Annick was a wonderful host. Being the first time on the island, she met us at the airport and guided us to the rental. She was very kind and gave us great recommendations. A rental car is definitely needed. Although the island is very hilly, it’s not too hard to get around. We will definitely look to return to Annick’s place when we return to the island.

Third Time's A Charm

Of course, so were the first and second time. We stayed at this apartment for in 2022, 2023, and now 2023 for 10-12 days each time. It is well located, well appointed, and the owner is wonderful and responsive. It feels like our second home.

Magnifique!

We were delighted by every aspect of our stay. Annick is quick to respond and extremely helpful. We experienced some travel challenges, and she was very flexible and patient. Her welcome at the port where the ferry arrives was key- it would have been quite difficult to find the property without her assistance. She shared interesting information about the island and told us how to get to different beaches (and she described them in detail). The unit is large, spacious, and clean. We had everything we needed, including adapters for each of us. The bed was extremely comfortable, as were the chairs on the upper and lower decks, each of which provided breathtaking views of the Caribbean. There’s also a nice sitting area upstairs where we spent time reading. The kitchen was fantastic, as well. It’s an easy drive to two supermarkets and boulangeries, which made meals simple. The bathrooms were also terrific and had lovely toiletries. In sum, this beautiful property was perfect. Merci beaucoup pour tout et à la prochaine!

Vitet Vacation

We stayed here last year and loved it so much we returned. We spent 11 nights in this beautiful apartment with a great view. It is well located minutes from two boulangeries and two small markets. We ate in most days, and the apartment is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. An umbrella and beach chairs were included which made for much more enjoyable beach outings. Annick and sister, Sylvie, are wonderful hosts.

A little bit of heaven!

The host was bilingual which helped a lot. There was lots of communication and the host was well informed with activities, road closings, grocery stores, etc. I have a disability and she was very helpful and assisted me with my luggage. Amazing experience. Loved it.

All You Can Dream Of

My wife and I loved staying at this apartment! After 1 month, we felt like home. The place is charming, well furnished and very clean. There were more than ample linens and towels. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook your own meals. The property is very well kept and maintained. Annick, the host, was a pleasure to work with.. She was very caring and responsive to our needs. She helped us with our car rental and met us at the harbor to guide us to her place. We highly recommend this place for a short or longer stay. We were sad to have to leave and want to come back. The deck on the upper level offered complete privacy. The view from there is incredible! We loved spending time there, especially exploring the night sky! It inspired us to learn more about Astronomy. It's really heavenly! Thank you, Annick, for hosting us!

Perfect affordable rental!

Annick, is so lovely and could not have been more welcoming, helpful and easy to work with. Her property is exactly as described. It is spotless, very comfortable and has all the basics to cover any needs. I’m very picky about cleanliness and I could not give a more favorable review on cleanliness as it was honestly one of the cleanest properties I have rented. Annick was most helpful answering questions and guiding us during our 8 day stay on St. Barts. Her apartment is nicely perched on one off the hillsides, which offers a lovely breeze on the second floor outside deck. The bathroom is very spacious with plenty of towels. The kitchen has the basics to cook meals, which you will want to do as eating out for lunch and dinner each day is likely cost prohibitive for most. She is less than a 5 minute drive from the local bakery, which has delicious French bread and pastries as well as sandwiches and other items perfect for a beach pick-nick if you don’t want to prepare your own pick-nick. St. Barts has, by far, the best grocery supplies of ANY Caribbean island I’ve been too….and I’ve travel to most of them. Grocery prices are in line with any quality US grocery provider in a major city like New York, Chicago, etc. Overall, a perfect stay on one of the loveliest Caribbean Islands to which I have travelled. Highly recommend!

Cul-de-Sac Class

This was our eighth trip to St. Barth's since 2013, so we have stayed in a variety of accommodations. Cul-de-Sac is spacious, comfortable, and most importantly, CLEAN. It is located minutes from the bakery and U Express market, and was really well equipped with everything we needed for our 10 night stay. There were spices, a washing machine with laundry soap, beach chairs, an umbrella, and so much more. We mostly ate at the apartment, and the kitchen had everything required to prepare meals. The view is even better than depicted in the photos. The true treasure of the apartment was our host, Annick. Within minutes of booking, I received a message, and the communication continued until the day that we sadly had to leave. Annick and her sister, Sylvie, waited patiently at the airport for us when our plane was delayed, and were very warm and welcoming. Annick took the time to explain all the features of the apartment, and occasionally checked in electronically to see if we needed anything. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting Annick, and our relaxing visit at the apartment.

Excellent séjour avec une hôte hors-pair

Nous sommes très heureux d'avoir fait la connaissance d'Annick qui est une personne sensationnelle très à l'écoute et de très bons conseils. Je recommande vivement cette maison pour sa décoration ont se sent comme chez soi. Une belle vue sur la mer, très calme. Séjour de rêve au paradis

Merci beaucoup Annick pour ce chaleureux accueil. La location est très agréable, joliment aménagée, très confortable et très bien équipée. Deux très belles terrasses dont une qui invite à la détente avec une vue magnifique et l’autre parfaite pour prendre ses repas. Annick est aux petits soins pour ses locataires, toujours disponible, avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Merci encore Annick pour ces merveilleux moments chez vous. Amazing hostess, superb property

Annick the hostess met us at the airport 👍👍 which took the stress away for finding the place. The property is beautiful, on two floors with a magnificent view of the island lush greenery and the ocean. Everything was new, modern, very clean and very well equipped. Annick thought of everything and stocked the kitchen with the necessary basics for our arrival (coffee, water, juice, jams etc) even beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and a cooler bag for the beach. We will definitely miss waking up every morning to this heavenly view. We highly recommend this property! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

We would stay here again.

Nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood with lovely view of the descending hillsides and Marigot Bay. We enjoyed eating meals on the lower terrace and sunning on the upper terrace. Everything was very clean in the well furnished two story apartment. Perfect for those travelers who are planning to prepare some of their own meals. Shower is small but sufficient. Washing machine but no dryer. Weather permitting, clothes dry outside nicely on the rack provided. Nice very firm queen bed. Our host, Annick, should receive 6 out of 5 stars. She always responded to our questions quickly and provided us with accurate and useful advice about the island, restaurants, markets to attend, etc. Thank you, Annick! We highly recommend this location for a relaxing stay in St Bart’s and will return if available.

Perfect stay

This place is perfect for 2. Long or short term. Annick is just amazing! Made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. She is 100% the best host I have ever had. Apartment has everything you could need. Tv, living room, WiFi, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies. Plus the view is amazing. I will return here myself and recommend to my friends.
