Moonlight Graham - Archie - A simpler, more comfortable peace of mind experience for Dreams Park families is enjoyed by all in these two fully refurbished farmhouses that are neighbors. Your hosts love baseball and all related to the game. They lovingly call these 2 homes Moonlight Graham - Archie and Moonlight Graham - Doc(requires separate reservation); inspired by the movie Field of Dreams.



They include the charm of yesteryear combined with contemporary amenities. Moonlight Graham is just down the street from the Dreams Park gate. Guests are invited to roam the property, explore the babbling brook and its wealth of frogs. Play wiffle ball in the backyard. Relax with a good book in the hammock. Enjoy a starry evening with family and friends around the glowing fire pit. This is where memories are shared that last a lifetime.



An above-ground pool, a regulation horseshoe pit, and a children's play set provide choices for the whole family.



Comfort and old-world charm create a positive ambiance. There are wood floors throughout each of these 3 bedroom, immaculate homes. Each sleeps up to 10 guests. You are invited to enjoy the tasteful baseball / folksy-themed decor.



One well-supervised team party is welcomed.

The place was exactly as pictured and was about a 30 second car ride to dreams park! The host was amazing and was excellent with communication!

Great Location

Location is amazing being just mere yards from Dreams Park which comes in handy for rain delays or game breaks. We even walked to Maskots Pizza place and the new venue that opened next door. The house was perfect for our family and well stocked with everything you need or might have forgot. Host gave updates and recommendations on places to go which was helpful. Can’t go wrong with choosing this for your trip to Dreams Park.

Great Location

This house is literally steps from the entrance to Dreams Park. It was nice and quaint for our small family and well stocked with everything you’d need. The host provided great updates and recommended things to do and places to eat. The pool was a nice feature for the kids to cool off and have some fun. Lots of rain during our week so didn’t use much outside amenities. Overall had a great stay and the location made things so much better during rain delays and game breaks.

Couldn't have asked for a better place that was close to Dreams and fully stocked with our everyday needs!

This location was perfect for Dreams Park! The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The property was nice and we were able to enjoy a couple cool evenings around the firepit. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great house!

Literally across the street from Dreamspark, we loved this house. Everything is super clean. The yard is amazing and has plenty for siblings to do between games. Definitely recommend!

Perfect for stay at Dreams Park!

We had a wonderful stay at Moonlight Graham! The location to the field is amazing, especially when you have a lot of rain delays! The house was well-equipped and the communication was great throughout the process. The kids loved the pool and space to play. Thank you for giving us such a fun week!

Wonderful location - great hosts!

It's so close to Dreams Park entrance that you could EASILY walk if they let you walk into that place. But alas, we had to drive all of 10 seconds instead, lol! Walk across the street to the putt putt. Walk down the street to Maskots. You CANNOT get a closer location to Dreams, and it's on the easier side of the street to be able to pull out, even in the rush of traffic at game times etc. Still just a super short drive to the many great restaurants, grocery store and the town of Cooperstown, too. The hosts are so sweet and responsive, and the backyard is HUGE and so well kept (the hosts come by and trim flowers/bushes/etc all week long - it's amazing!). The house itself is historical and really cute. The living room gives plenty of space for your group to hang out. If we had to do it all over again, we wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else.

Perfect location for Dreams Park!

We loved our stay here! Easily fit 6 of us for the week and even fit 10 for the last night after boys and coaches checked out. It was fun to have teammates renting the adjacent Moonlight Graham property so the kids could play together and we could visit. Loved the beautiful, big yard and activities to do. Very convenient to run home between games since it’s only a few houses down from the entrance to the park. Highly recommend!

Can't Beat It !

We stayed at this home two years in a row for my son's trips to Cooperstown. You cannot get a better location and overall stay. Owners' communication is top notch, the home is comfortable and there is enough room to spread out. The yard is a huge plus- perfect to unwind after a day of baseball. If this is available for your week and you do not book- you are truly missing out! We will recommend to all our friends who have future trips to Dreams Park!

Perfect House for us!

For a family of five this was the perfect place for us! The yard (pool, fire pit and wiffle ball field) was a nice place for baseball siblings to unwind and have fun. We were able to enjoy a memorable evening with our team, as we had them over. The house was clean and well stocked. You cannot beat the location as it was nice to come back and forth from the fields. The owners were very informative, nice and quick to respond with anything we needed! We would highly recommend this place and if we ever come back, no doubt we would stay again!

So close to Dreams Park you can watch the fireworks!

This is a wonderful property with an above ground pool, great wiffle ball field surrounded by beautiful trees, and an amazing creek that runs right through the property. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and the house had plenty of room for all and was very comfortable! If you are playing at Dreams Park, Moonlight Graham-Archie is a no brainer. It is literally hundreds of yards to the park entrance. I was a coach that didn’t stay in the bunks so I was able to get home quickly every night and right back to the park the next morning in minutes. House is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, also has a great baseball feel! The house is in close proximity to everything you will need including fantastic restaurants and grocery store. Also only a short drive to the Hall of Fame.
