The convenient and comfy home

This is a very comfortable and newly remodeled 2 bedroom stand alone apartment. The apartment is ideal for business persons, professionals or those who simply need a break from city life.

The home features a full kitchen that is fully equipped, with stove, refrigerator, kcup style coffee maker, microwave, and all the utensils expected in a kitchen.

The bathroom features a jacuzzi tub, a separate shower unit, hair dryer.

The home is heated by a forced air natural gas furnace. The air conditioning is provided by window units.

The home is conveniently located along US route 119 about 5 miles outside the city of Spencer.

It is also about an hour away from Charleston, and Parkersburg and 45 minutes from Ripley.

Great place

We have stayed here before at the other property next door. It was not available, so we rented this one. This one is a little smaller than the other, but a great place and super clean. Paul and Jenny are wonderful hosts! We will stay again

Great place to stay

We were just looking for somewhere to sleep that night, and that's exactly what we got plus some. The owners were great to deal with and were excellent communicators. The place is small, but nice. It had cell phone service, high speed internet, and a new tv in the living room with subscription streaming services already logged into available for watching shows and movies. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.
