Heart of Fairfield Glade condo! Golfing, hiking, and racquet sports

This is the exact unit you will be staying in, owned/managed by us personally!
The condo is located in the heart of Fairfield Glade, right by the 4 way intersection and close to golf courses, boating, swimming, racquet center, hiking and more.

Renovated in 2022
2 bedroom, 1.5 townhome/condo
Sleeps 4 and both bedrooms are upstairs.
Ground floor- Kitchen, dining table, living room, washer/dryer, half bath, walk out to a patio with table/chairs.
Upstairs-2 bedroom and a full bathroom with shower.
One TV in living room with Cable. High speed internet
Pet friendly with paid pet fee, max 2 pets. HOA rules for pets are on a leash at all times and pick up poop everytime.
Kitchen fully stocked, regular coffee pot. No ice maker, but ice trays provided.

If you secure a booking, then we can request guest passes for amenities and you will pay the guest fee. We will need first and last names of guests, and we will provide you guest passes with an amenities guide.

One marked parking spot in front of unit, one other car can park near by in an unassigned parking spot. Trailers, boats and large vans aren't allowed to park per HOA rules.

We enjoyed our stay and were able to visit with many family members while here. The beds were very comfortable and patio was nice. Close to Goat Cafe where we had the best waffles and saw baby goats. Would recommend this condo highly. Thanks for a great week.

It was a nice place for us to stay for the night. There was plenty of bedding and towels. My only suggestion is maybe some sort of tug in the living area and some more decorating to make it feel more homey and inviting.

The owners were fantastic to work with and communication and timely responses were appreciated. The condo was as advertised and perfect for our group of four. Easy check-in and check out. Would definitely stay here again when we return to golf.

We stayed in Fairfield Glade to visit with family that has a place there, and also friends who have one too. Because we had to pick up a new puppy in a nearby town it made sense to stay in the area. The location here is close to everything in FG, and offers many options. It's also close to many scenic areas around the eastern part of TN. We highly recommend considering this rental if you're thinking about coming to the area. And it's beautiful here in the fall!!

Nice place to stay and relax for a few days while my daughter was at camp. My son loved the activities nearby at Fairfield Glade. Had a couple of maintenance/housekeeping issues at check-in that the hosts quickly resolved. This unit is pretty close to a busy street and had more traffic noise than we expected - minor negative.
