Awesome two bed, two bath ground floor. Open the patio and walk out to the heated pool and beach. True ocean front, no obstructed views of other building,no stairs or elevators to deal with 😎đŸ‡ČđŸ‡œđŸ˜Ž unit also has beach games, standup paddle boards, boogie boards and kayaks for our guests.

Our stay was fantastic. The condo is a quick walk to the pool and beach and very convenient. Our host communicated with me prior to our visit and provided the check in information. The condo was very comfortable and such a relaxing patio that was oceanfront and poolside as advertised.

Our stay here was amazing, the room we stayed in was perfect. I would definitely recommend staying here. Everything we needed was already in the kitchen, this is the perfect family spot.

Exquisitely Exceptional!!

First of all the decor is absolutely gorgeous and captures the true essence of Rocky Point! The appliances top of the line! Kitchen stocked with the best glasses, silverware , thermal mugs! Love that you had the water cooler! The convenience of the unit to pool and beach, so easy!I definitely want to come back to this place and hated to leave! Super great communication!

Outstanding Condo

Everything about the condo is great. Layout, location, condition, furnishings, etc. The best of everything from the pool to the beach. We only stayed a few nights but now wishing we stayed longer. Hope to return soon.

This place has everything you want in a beachfront condo. Its well appointed, comfortable, clean, and the fact that its on the ground floor makes it very accessible. I would visit again if i could.

Literally 50 steps away from Sandy Beach right out the sliding back door. Great place to stay. Great host.

Incredible Condo - Incredible Stay

Our first time to Rocky Point. This condo was perfect! Ground floor is the way to go and this place is ideally located by the pool and easy access to get down to the beach. All appliances and furnishings were in excellent condition. We had plenty of parking for our Sprinter van and felt very safe in and around the property. Would (will) stay again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful property

Had an awesome stay. Check in was super easy staff is all super friendly. The property was as described . Beds were very comfortable. Being on ground level is a plusAll in all was a great stay. Kitchen is well stocked but no tea towels not sure if this was an oversight or they just dont provide.Also there was no cleaning products

My family just got back from a 3 night stay and the condo was perfect! Everything from the small appliances to the bedding were great quality. The views are amazing and the pool and beach are just steps away. We will definitely be staying here again!

Family Vacation

Great location. We were able to cook in the condo. Loved that condo had a griddle which made it easy to cook pancakes for the kids. Wish it had a Kurig vs a regular coffee pot since I'm the only one that drinks coffee in the family. =)

Great ground floor location

My husband and I stayed with my parents. The ground floor is great and just a short walking distance to the pool. The condo was clean and well decorated. Make sure the bring a hair dryer and shampoo/conditioner. They are not supplied. I usually do, but “assumed” the condo would have these items. Just an fyi. The A/C is nice and cold. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again. Check in is super easy at the front desk.
