House on the beach! 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths

Stay with your family at a relaxed beachfront home on Long Beach Island. There is nothing between you and the ocean but sand! Relax with a cold one on one of two decks overlooking the entire beach. You can sit there forever just daydreaming.

When you are in the house, you are on vacation.

Easy access to the beach, easy access back to the house for a break from the hot sun. Hassle free, especially with little kids.

The desirable neighborhood of The Dunes is part of Long Beach Township. We are located about a mile North of Fantasy Island Amusement Park in Beach Haven. Our address is 12309 Ocean Ave, cross street is 123 Street (AKA Ramapo).

We are located on a quiet street with little traffic. You can walk for ice cream or perhaps Nardi's Tavern or the Terrace Tavern are more to your liking.

About Glen O'Connor

Our home was built by Earl and Catherine 'Kay' Hansen. The house was completed in 1970 (and major renovations in 2014) and has been the site of many, many gatherings of family and friends. Earl and Kay moved in full time from Trenton in 1984 and enjoyed their 'Castle by the Sea' until their passing in 1995 and 2001. Kay and Earl are surely looking down and are happy to see that a fourth generation of the Hansen Clan are running around the deck overlooking the ocean. We hope to provide a place for your family to make just as wonderful memories for you to remember forever.

We immensely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house. The location is very accessible to our favorite LBI restaurants and shopping spots, and the views of the ocean from the house are stunning. The house was clean and spacious and provided a lovely place for our family to relax, enjoy meals, and spend time together on the beach. There are so many wonderful things we enjoyed about the home, but the gorgeous porches facing the ocean were absolutely breathtaking. Glen was very helpful and responsive to any questions concerning the rental. We would recommend this home for any family staying on LBI without reservation.

Damage Deposit $700

You are welcomed to take a tour prior to committing to a lease. Contact me so that we can arrange something.

PLEASE NOTE: All reservations are weekly rentals, Arriving on Friday, 2pm and departing on Friday. 11am.

Cancellation Policy: Requests for cancellation of the lease must be made in writing. Effort will be made to re-rent the property once written notice is received; however, there is no guarantee the property will be re-rented.

If the property is not re-rented, the balance of the rent under the lease shall be due and payable in full as per the lease agreement.

If the property is re-rented at the same rate, monies paid by the tenant will be returned, less 10% of the total rental amount. If the property is re-rented at a lesser rate, monies paid by the Tenant will be returned less 10% of the total rental amount, and less the difference of the two total rental amounts.

Cats and dogs strictly prohibited.

This is how we do it...
I will send you two copies of a signed lease agreement along with a self-addressed stamped envelope.
Sign one and send it back by the due date along with half of the rental fee.
The balance and the Damage Protection is due back 3 weeks prior to arrival.
