Just remodeled & reimagined in collaboration with renowned local Aquitect+Studio. 5Star reviews until July 2022 are pre-remodel of private outdoors!! Enjoy a highly curated private outdoor space, daybed for sunbathing, unique *heated* private pool, outdoor dining and seating.
Enjoy ultimate privacy within a limited 5-Villa Complex. Located in the Veleta neighborhood, accessible via bumpy dirt roads, far enough from the noise of town, but close enough to enjoy all that Tulum has to offer.
Casa Kokí was designed so that you can feel immersed by the Tulum natural environment, but in a thoughtfully designed space.
Enjoy breakfast or dinner "al fresco" in the private outdoor dining space, surrounded by lush greenery.
Exit the bedroom to access the private outdoors to your own daybed, private heated plunge pool, and seating area. Heated plunge pools are a rarity in Tulum!
Local materials were used so that you can experience the Boho Chic Tulum vibe. Furnishings are custom or handmade, intricate pieces of art within themselves. Be embraced by the different textures and distinctive design. Casa Kokí is equipped with all the creature comforts you may need to maximize your experience: Air Conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, hot water, 80Gbps WiFi, Bluetooth speaker, and more.
The house includes a full kitchen with bar space. Feel free to cook as the kitchen is equipped with all you need; or talk to me about hiring a private Chef!
If you need any of the following, we are happy to arrange*:
- Private Transfers to/from Airport (although we recommend rental car)
- Private Chef
- Massage at the house

My partner and I love to travel, and as such try to escape every chance we can. We currently live in Miami, FL. Until recently we were living in Mexico City where we spent and incredible six and a half years. We fell in love with the culture, its people and the culinary offer. Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade
After six years living in Mexico City, we often escaped the city to the beach. We fell in love with Tulum as it reminded us of Home in Puerto Rico, but in a virgin state. After touring so many properties in Tulum, we fell in love with our property because 1) only 5 villas, and 2) the effort that was made to preserve as of much of trees and nature, so that the villas co-exist with nature. Our Developer even knew every single species of tree that inhabited the terrain. We decided to buy here, and we curated the property to our design style.
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
There are literally thousands of rental properties in Tulum, plus more to come. What makes our property unique is that it sits in a low-density private complex with only 5 villas, and most times our guests will have the complex to themselves for maximum enjoyment. Also, we spent time curating the space and outdoors to create a very personal space, with heated private pool. You will not find heated pools in short rental properties...I particularly hate having a pool I can't enjoy if too cold.
