Any guest found in violation of this policy will be subject to immediate eviction and a $500 fine.

For stays lasting 28 days or more, please be aware that a cleaning fee will be applied at a rate of 1.5 times the standard cleaning fee. This fee is necessary to maintain the cleanliness and quality of our accommodations throughout your extended stay

Better than expected! Clean and well cared for. The only suggestion is the bathroom lights are too dim but very cute!

Met the need

This was quick needed for a funeral for a party of four. The place was set up and ready to go little bit older, and there are signs all over about toilet issues as well as not being able to lower the thermostat and it was very hot in the upstairs bedroom but overall met our needs. Friendly property management!

Did not meet the host but the amenities were excellent!Accommodations were very comfortable & clean (slept in Queen size bedroom & it was so comfortable). The HOA has a problem with owners and/or renters removing pet waste around the complex. I was greeted with dog feces in rocks located between the parking space & front door. They remained there during my 2 week stay.Parking: As I had my assigned parking pass visible in my vehicle did me no good when I was not there. Others parked in my assigned parking when I was not there and required me to place a note on their vehicle. Very Annoying!!!!!

Thank you for your kind words relevant to the accommodations. We will pass on the information to the HOA regarding pet waste and the parking. We, unfortunately, have no other recourse than to share this information with the HOA. Placing a note on the offending vehicle is the best course of action. Sadly, related to both the parking & pet waste, there are very discourteous people in this world.

Don’t think I would stay here again

Bathroom and tub drains would not drain and would fill up and sit for a while. The first night we went to climb in bed there was dog hair all over in the sheets. I found some other sheets in the place and had to replace the sheets on the bed. There was dog hair all over the carpets and even in the silverware drawer. The key fob to the pool did not work and the pool was one of the reasons we stayed here. We called three times all day Friday and talked to three different people who said they were all going to take care of it and get us a pool key and in the end still no key fob so we were never able to use the pool the three days we were there. Just not overall happy with our stay. Pictures are beautiful online, decorating is nice! But wouldn’t stay here again.

Thank you for choosing Mesquite Vacation Rentals! I'm sorry to hear that the pool fob did not work. A replacement was sent over, we were not aware that the replacement did not work as well. Community amenities are managed by the governing HOA and we're subject to their hours of operation. Apologies for the inconvenience. We are always happy to address any issues that come up during your stay, unfortunately it's difficult to do so the night before checkout. Thank you for your reservation!
