To our amazing guests, past and future, we realize travel costs are rising and we strive to keep our nightly rates low and competitive as these are the things we can control.
To maintain our high standards of cleanliness and ensure a clean and comfortable stay for our guests you may notice a slight increase ($10) in the cleaning fee if you are a return guest or new guest. While our cleaning fee has increased a bit to maintain our high standards, we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. We look forward to providing you a wonderful/clean stay!

* No stairs, non-smoking unit!
* Beautiful first floor/end unit condo sleep 4 comfortably.
* Auto front door lock for simple, private, do it yourself entry.
* Laminate flooring (no carpet).
* Faces West with a beautiful sunset view.
* Two minutes to Wolf Creek Golf Course, Eureka and Virgin River Casinos.
* Centrally located and minutes from downtown Mesquite, grocery stores, casinos and restaurants, etc.
* Check in time is 4:00pm PST
* Check out time is 10:00am PST
* Quiet end unit.
* Granite counter topped kitchen is fully stocked with most everything you'll need for cooking.
* Small appliances include, blender, toaster, crockpot, teapot, Keurig and regular coffee pot, etc.
* 75" Samsung Smart TV. All TVs are equipped with Roku for local channels and streaming capabilities. There is a "how to" guide in our Welcome Binder to assist you in getting started, if needed.
* Blue-ray player w/ a variety of DVDs.
* Free WIFI (network and password info are clearly displayed in condo)
* Guest controlled AC/Heat.
* Complimentary full sized washer and dryer in the condo.
* Primary bedroom has a full bath, King bed, TV w/ remote and ceiling fan.
* Secondary bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed, TV w/remote and ceiling fan.
* One covered, reserved parking spot is included.
* Several (un-numbered and un-covered) guest spots are available throughout the complex, if you have more than one vehicle.
* Charcoal BBQs and picnic tables in and around the complex for your use.
* Front porch has a bistro table and two stools as well as a Forman Grill for your use only. Park and sunset view included!
* There is a WELCOME binder in the condo with general info such as grocery stores, coffee shops, check out instructions, etc.
* Adjacent to Marilyn Park where there is a sand volleyball court, full sized basket ball court, BBQ area, covered picnic area and a children's play area.
* Complex offers RV and boat parking. If needed, please let me know prior to your stay and I will provide you with the HOA requirements for parking.

* We cannot accept same day reservations after 7:00pm PST.

* No early check-in requests, earlier than 1:00 p.m. will be considered.
Requests will be accompanied by a $50 fee and will be approved ONLY if the cleaning crew is able to accommodate your request.

* No late check-out requests, later than 12:00pm will be considered.

* Your Pup is welcome with a non-refundable $50 (per pet) fee which will be included when you book and add your pet.

* NO other pets of any kind are allowed.

* We have 2 other condos in the Hawk Ridge Complex. If your dates are unavailable, you are welcome to check our 2 other condos calendars. VRBO #1246618 and #198436.
