Watercrest 502- FREE Beach Chairs!

Watercrest renovations to replace all balcony railings on the beach side has been completed on 2/28/2026. The final phase of painting the front of the building will take place 3/1/2026-5/15/2026. Some parking limitations will occur and during this time guests will only be allowed 2 parking spaces on property.

We invite you to come enjoy this splendid 5th floor unit at Watercrest Condominiums. This spacious living area walks right out onto one of the best beach views you will find in PCB. Owners provide 2 person beach cabana chair with your rental. (Mid March thru October) The master bedroom features a king bed and access to private bathroom, along with access to the beach-side balcony. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a full bed, with the second bathroom directly adjacent to the room. The common area also features a sleeper sofa, allowing the unit to sleep 8 people total.

Enjoy beautiful beach views from the cozy balcony, all housed within one of the premiere properties of Panama City Beach!

Why This Property? Watercrest 502 is a beautifully decorated 2 BR 2 BA Gulf of Mexico beachfront condo. Watercrest offers a heated pool during fall, winter and spring. The complex has a tennis court, pickle ball area, shuffleboard and bocce ball area. The hand ball court is currently closed until summer of 2025. Watercrest is located on the quiet side of Thomas drive and the complex has a Tiki Hut for snacks in the pool area that is open from Mid March to Late Sept.

The best restaurants in PCB are located within a short walk down the beach or a short car ride down Thomas Drive. Walking distance or a short drive to Schooner's, Alvins Island, Newby's in the Curve, Shoreshack Pizza and Patches restaurant.

Watercrest is located on the quiet end of PCB near the State Park and just steps from Schooner's which is the perfect lunch time or dinner destination when you need a break from the beach. Watercrest provides guest with large spacious beaches and the property will provide amenities that the entire family will enjoy.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

DISCLAIMER - GUESTS MUST REGISTER AND PAY A PROPERTY SAFETY AND SECURITY FEE OF $57.50 PER VEHICLE (up to two vehicles- third vehicle would be $87.50) UPON ARRIVAL AT THE PROPERTY. THIS IS PER RULES OF THE BUILDING/PROPERTY THUS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.

The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Condo was clean, Nat the chair guy very nice and friendly. Condo was supplied well with pots, pans, cups, plates, silverware. We stayed for 5 nights and could have stayed another 5 nights. When speaking with Cort he was very kind made me feel welcomed. Chase was very prompt with texting me back with answers to my questions. I am very pleased with my stay. We were 3 ladies over the age of 50 and felt 18.. It was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo is really nice and shows even better in person. The location is great, right on the beach with a great patio facing the beach. The decor is nice and the finishes are as well. The mgmt team was very responsive and attentive. If I posed a question, it was always answered the same day. I notified mgmt that the blender was broken and they had one a brand new one delivered next morning. I think the Watercrest complex can improve their curb appeal a little by refreshing the paint, pressure washing the building and updating the patio chairs. But you won’t be disappointed with this condo which is wonderfully located to the amenities.

Awesome for short stay

The place is a little older however one of the cleanest places we have stayed. Location is perfect for less crowded side of PCB. We loved the fact they are super strict about non smoking. It was great to enjoy sitting and not smell smoke even outside. The only things that needs improvement, nothing is comfortable. The king bed has a dip in the middle so you roll in and the 2 full size beds are hard as bricks. The couch is older and lost its cozy(it's like padding on board. ) Still if your only staying a few days it's perfect anything over you may need a chiropractor. You are asked to sweep, take out trash, strip beds and start dishwasher before you leave.

Thoughtful and clean

Condo located on the most beautiful beach! Owner was thoughtful in the little things that can mean a lot too. For example, vacation kit with games, nice supply of needed kitchen utensils, and several pods for washing clothes. Only improvement I would highly suggest is replacing the master bedroom mattress. We found ourselves falling into the voids. Also, if I were to pick anything apart, I’d suggest leaving some additional toilet paper as well since rolls are small. Oh, and know it’s a constant battle to avoid mild around clothes washer but the seal inside the machine may need replacing. But must say the condo was very clean and again well thought out in the touches. Thank you again for the stay. Many thanks, MLD.
