Great location

We had a wonderful stay. The only thing that was an issue was the heat. The fans did not sufficiently cool the unit for sleeping.

Trip if a lifetime!

My wife and I celebrated our twenty year anniversary at this beautiful condo! As advertised- it was right on the golf course with a stunning view of the ocean. It was tucked away about 5 minutes into the Princeville area. Easy access to the local town shopping center (walkable- but would take about 15 minutes). They had all the beach amenities to use, kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies along with washer/ dryer if needing to do a load of laundry. Would definitely stay here again!

Getaway to Kauai

The location of our stay was perfect. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Not having A/C was not really an issue as we went in November and the tradewinds along with fans located in the unit were more than helpful. There were a Lot of notes/Post-Its located around the unit which was a little overwhelming and privacy felt like bit of an issue as the owner was staying right next door, however she was very nice and helpful. The walls are very thin and the only real place to change is in the bathroom. The property itself is very quite which makes for easy sleeping at night. The unit is a bit dated but they have kept it up nicely. All-in-All I would recommend staying here.

Paradise in Paradise!

If I could give this condo 100 stars, I would. It was absolutely perfect! Well stocked, so much attention to detail. We were originally going to stay at a resort across the golf course and SO glad we cancelled. We had the most fabulous view, and the owners have put so much thought and detail into their home. The bed was comfy, never was uncomfortable with the fans and trade winds. The floorplan is outstanding; just views after views!!!! Mahalo and until we meet again!!!

Home Away from Home

We truly had everything we needed to feel at home. The place was also so much nicer and more spacious than we expected. Beautiful view of the water from the bedroom/living room and located in a quiet neighborhood. The place is only a few minutes drive to the Princeville Center which has a Foodland for groceries and a couple of great food options such as B’s Restaurant for a nice dinner/drinks and The Spot for breakfast/fresh aca’i bowls. Only 15 minute drive to Hanalei which was our favorite part of the island with lots of cute food trucks, shops and a chill beach to spend all day swimming & relaxing. Would definitely return and stay again if available. Thanks for such lovely hospitality!

A beautiful and relaxing stay

My wife and I came here on our 10-year anniversary and it did not disappoint! The neighborhood was generally very quiet throughout the day and night, and filled with the chickens that roam the island. We enjoyed just sitting on the balcony and soaking in the beautiful views of the golf course and ocean. The house is perfectly furnished for a relaxing time, and the beach accessories made available by Pamela were incredibly helpful and appreciated! When the windows and glass doors were open, the breeze throughout the building felt great and cooled down very quickly. The general location of the home is perfect for going anywhere on the island and we were able to see much of what the island has to offer. Overall, it was a great stay and we would highly recommend it to any low maintenance couples out there!

Good view and location!

This place had great high ceilings and windows for multiple views of the ocean. You can see sunrises and sunsets from just outside the property. You can also see the big waterfall off the back of the lani looking back at the mountains. Pamela has everything you need to venture to beaches and she was very quick at getting anything we needed, I.e replacing previously damaged umbrella with a new one for our stay. It’s good to set up the fans in front of the bed and the screen doors at night, while leaving the front door open and locking the screen so a good breeze flows through the whole condo. The wifi was good the entire time except for one day. Location is great for getting to restaurants and beaches. The only problem we ran into were the bugs in the condo, it’s an island and you’re on the first floor so you’re going to have that sometimes.

Cabbages and Kings

We loved this place. It was pretty roomy, it's actually a bit bigger than it looked in the pictures to us. I hated being on a golf course because I hate golf but my wife didn't mind. We didn't have problems with the golfers or anything though. And being able to see the ocean from the back patio was just awesome! Kitchen was well stocked with equipment but not so much supplies, we had to buy a number of basics. But we had all the cookware/tableware/etc. we needed. Other reviews have noted that the bedroom can be a little stuffy and they're right. We had to sleep on the couch on muggier nights. There was a good supply of beach stuff, just be sure to check it before you count on using it: for example, one of the chairs was broken, and none of the snorkel gear was large enough to fit me. So we just rented that stuff, and there was other beach stuff that we did get good use out of, including an umbrella, one (not broken) chair, a nice big cooler bag, and a few other things. Anyway, I just wanted to point out the issues other people might want to know about. Overall the place was great! Last thought: if you stay here, and if you're up for walking the path down to SeaLodge Beach, don't miss it! It's secluded and lovely.

the kitchen had everything we need, even the air fryer! Some of the sauces do need to be thrown away due to expiration but a very awesome experience for us! The view from lanai is impeccable. The house is actually on the golf course and you will see golf carts running around, which is not really a big deal for us. Loved our stay!!!

Lovely property and views. Unit receives amazing tradewinds and everything we could want was included in the rental except beach equipment like chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Owner did state in the instructions that they try to keep up with that stuff. However, it is difficult with multiple renters over time. There were two boogie boards in great beach towels. Communication with the owner was excellent. The only thing that kept us from getting five stars was that the unit was a little dated in furnishing, and it was starting to show. That being said, the bed and pillows were amazing! Overall great value for the location and the quick communication with the owner. We would definitely stay here again and we are very grateful to have had the opportunity to experience it.

The area was amazing and the condo community was very clean and beautiful. The condo was excellent and well stocked, very clean. One thing to note is the outside beach equipment is pretty worn out, but other than that everything was wonderful.

Perfect condo for a relaxing getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Pamela's Princeville condo. Location was perfect and provided local access to so many stunning local spots on the North Shore, and the property was stocked with all the beach equipment you could possible need! We loved catching the sunrise every morning from the patio which overlooked the coast. The kitchen was also incredibly well stocked with various spices, cooking oils, etc. The lack of Air conditioning really wasnt an issue and we visited in mid July and the sleeping temperatures were still very comfortable! We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Incredible Views!!

My wife and I just got back from our honeymoon on Kauai and it was amazing. The VRBO was incredible. Watching the sunrise over the ocean was our favorite. The host was great to work with and quick to respond if we had any questions. You won’t regret staying here!

This beautiful condo was a wonderful stay away from home. It is sitting right on the 15th hole of the golf course with a view of the ocean. The trade winds keep the cool air flowing through this unit and has a very nice and very private lanai where you can bird watch, drink coffee, eat meals, watch the sunrise over the ocean and breath in the lovely tropical air. Keep the screen doors closed as there are ghecko's, they are cute and friendly. There are cardinals, geese, egrets all over the course. And the true treasure which absolutely made our trip worth while was the baby albatross (Mukalele) nested in view of our lanai. We watched her stretch out her wings, preen and be fed by both parents. I cried when we had to leave her behind... We wished her a safe flight around August and when she is fully ready to fly. It was a true nature show here. We found peace here. I cannot say enough good things about this wonderous place and our hostess, Pamela. We recommend Wishing well shave ice, coffee and Acai bowls for breakfast. We found local farms stands, and shopped the local shops and snorkeled both Tunnels and Anini beaches. We watched the sun set on Hanalei pier and enjoyed the Brazillian food truck as well as Holy Grail Donuts. Life on Kauai doesn't get better than this. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom and shower. it has two very nice lanai area's and an extended living area. Thank you (Mahalo) Pamela... So very much!

Honeymoon getaway

We loved this condo! It was the perfect location with great ocean views. Easy central spot to navigate around the North Shore. Clean & quiet. We enjoyed sleeping with the patio doors open and bedroom windows for a nice cross breeze. Would stay here again!

Memories for a Lifetime! The condo is very beautiful and in a very tranquil setting, it’s a really peaceful spot!!! We absolutely loved the condo, the setting, how it is equipped, and how peaceful the surrounding areas are! Lots of light, and it provides everything you need! The fans and open patio doors provided plenty of ventilation to feel comfortable (no AC- but it was ok). Anyhow we felt right at home, and will probably return someday! Ray and I have blended our beautiful families in Lake Tahoe and they have all fallen in love with our Kauai getaway, also! We share ownership with my sister, Melinda, who is a private chef. All of our families have traveled to the beautiful island of Kauai, one travels there every year, since we have owned it. Now their friends have fallen in love with Kauai, also. They could have traveled anywhere for their honeymoons...their choice? Kauai. There is no place more romantic. We have lived in the beautiful mountains of Lake Tahoe for 47 years. We also love the tropical beaches and climate of the Hawaiian Islands. Our dear friends moved to Kauai nearly 26 years ago and when we visited them 26 years ago, we fell in love with Kauai. Now we have the best of both paradises.
