Newly renovated apartment in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI.

Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises.

Unit 3 is located on the second floor and offers the following layout and amenities:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed
- One bath with shower
- Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu
- Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave
- Dishes, utensils, glasses, cookware, bakeware.
- Nespresso machine
- Separate dining area
- In-unit laundry
- WiFi
- Air conditioning via window unit
- Off street parking

It is truly steps from downtown Mystic. The apartment is current in its style, comfort, and amenities. We felt like a local. We highly recommend the space. When we return to Mystic, it will be the first accommodation that we check for availability.

This apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for our short stay. We were within walking distance of everything and really enjoyed our time there. Mike, our host, was great. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Mystic.

We had a great stay here in Mystic. The location was hard to beat. We parked when we arrived and barely needed the car after that since downtown, the shops, restaurants, and bars were all just a short walk away.The place was exactly what we were hoping for. It was very clean, comfortable, and had a lot of thoughtful touches that made the stay even better. Everything was well stocked, and it was easy to feel at home.If you’re looking for a place that’s close to everything Mystic has to offer, I’d definitely recommend staying here. We’d absolutely book it again.

The unit was way better than expected! Extremely clean and organized with modern decor throughout. Full size washer and dryer, updated appliances, and all the plates and utensils you need. Couldn't have asked for a better location at this price point. It's less than a 5-minute walk to Mystic Pizza on the west end of town and close to several other great restaurants one street over. You'll only need to get in your car if you're going to the aquarium or other points of interest outside Mystic. Always had a parking spot off the street in the designated lot. All went super smooth with check-in/check-out and comms with the host. We will definitely try to book this place again on our next trip to Mystic!

Our stay was wonderful from even before we got there. We were coming in before a blizzard and Mike reached out to us the day before to warn us and see if we needed any help. The appartment was super clean and had everything we needed and more. We were there for about 5 weeks, and enjoyed every minute! Mike is the best host we have ever had!

My husband and I had a fantastic time staying at this property. The location is ideal, walking distance from everything yet on a quiet street. The whole space was incredibly clean, and had all necessary amenities and more. Of note, the space is impeccably decorated and stocked with all essentials. We are already talking about returning to mystic and staying with this host again!

Hi, I'm Mike. I grew up just over the line in Rhode Island and I have deep connections to the area. As a young adult I moved south, which was fine for a while but sometimes you have to leave home to appreciate the specialness of where you came from.

Time slows down here along the coast. If you allow yourself to become part of it, you too will return again.

Why they chose this property

I feel truly lucky to own a home in such a beautiful spot right in Mystic! Although the house was built in 1845, most of the original elements were gone when I bought the house a few years ago. The property has been a multi-family home for many decades. It has been fun remodeling and giving each of the units a unique look. Hopefully you will come back and have a stay in all of them!
