Great location - Poor communication

I never received check in or check out instructions. Even after many attempts via VRBO and text messaging. The home was the perfect location and size for our family. Beautifully upgraded but not clean. Ring of dirt around the master tub. Icemaker and dishwasher did not work. The back yard was full of dog feces. The house didn't have hand soap or paper towels. Had to make extra runs to the stores for stuff that is typically provided.

Cozy and efficient stay! No issues at all.

The house was cozy and clean apon arrival. Absolutely spotless! Very modern set up and very spacious! 3 very nice bathrooms and the bedrooms were also impressive. All smart TVs and remotes were easily located. Mary was very responsive and the neighbors are friendly. There was no extra charge when we decided to bring our two dogs either. There were no real cons of this stay. However, there are some things to mention. VRBO requires 2 you to reach out to the host if you don't have access information 2 hrs before checkin. Not going to lie, we started to panic a bit as it got closer to check in time. I had my entire family with me from out of town. However, Mary was responsive and I understand not wanting people to take advantage of the extra 2 hours to check in early. Other than that, PERFECT STAY! Would definitely recommend!
