My wife and I have lived in Santa Fe, NM for 25 years and own Xanadu Santa Fe gallery which is downtown just off the plaza. We carry various types of furniture and tables and have furnished this property with new, custom-made furniture for our guests enjoyment.
We have owned other short-term rental properties in Santa Fe. This is a new property for us and we have done everything to make this an exceptional property. We are the owners of the property, not a management company, so you will always get personal attention to any needs you might have.

The hills of Tesuque are one of the most sought-after areas of Santa Fe. The treed foothills give the perfect elevation to provide some of the best views anywhere. The fabulous Four Seasons Resort is just a few minutes away with its acclaimed restaurant and world-class spa. You can see the Santa Fe Opera, the Tesuque Casino and the full range of the Jemez Mountains to the West which create the most incredible sunsets almost every night.
The home sits on a very private 5 acres with hiking in every direction just out the door. the home has a very private feel because the neighbors are far enough away yet we are just 8 minutes to the Santa Fe Plaza with all of its world-class galleries, shopping and renowned restaurants. Buffalo Thunder Casino with its challenging 27-hole golf course is just 10 minutes North and the Black Mesa course is just another 10 minutes North of that. The world-class Ojo Caliente hotsprings and spa is just a bit further North of that course. And just 4 minutes away is the ever-popular Tesuque Village Market and restaurant that has a casual environment and menu. You never know who you might see dining there. The Tesuque Hills have a star-studded list of residents.

Xanadu Villa is a very unique property for Santa Fe. The square wooden beams, wood windows, hardwood flooring throughout the home are very impressive. The vaulted ceiling in the upper level and the tall windows provide spectacular views to both mountain ranges. Additionally, a master craftsman provided incredible diamond plaster finish to all of the walls. The home itself is completely encircled by a beautiful stuccoed wall creating lovely areas within the walled space for entertaining and relaxing with multiple areas for sitting. And just beyond the wall on the back side of the home is the magical labyrinth that is a delight, especially at night when the tiny solar lights come on and provide an enjoyable light show.
Having stayed in short-term rental properties ourselves, we know what guests expect. We have taken everything into consideration when decorating and furnishing this property so that nothing was overlooked. All of the furniture and tables are new, custom-made from our gallery downtown. All the beds and bedding are new and of the highest quality. The furnishings and wall hangings are thoughtfully placed througout the home, many of which are original art pieces.
