One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom has 3 twin bunkbeds. The large bathroom has a washer and dryer. Approximately 40 minutes away from beautiful Portland, Maine, depending on traffic.

For winter activities, it's just 30 minutes to Pleasant Mountain Ski Resort and 1 hour to Sunday River Ski Resort in Maine, as well as King Pine, Attitash, Cranmore Mountains in NH. If skiing isn't your thing, take your snowmobile to the ITS trail system and go anywhere!

In the summer, the nice size lot allows for plenty of space for outdoor gatherings. Enjoy evenings around the fire pit with views of the river and watch the boats go by, or take the provided 2-person canoe down the river to Sebago or Brandy Pond/Long Lake for yourself! Don't forget your life jackets! Short distance to Sebago State Park and Point Sebago golf course.
