★Log cabin with 3 master bedrooms, 3 en-suite bathrooms, and all king beds to sleep six. 4.2 miles/12 minutes to all the action in Pigeon Forge, 7.4 miles/15 minutes to Dollywood, 10 miles/25 minutes to Gatlinburg. Moonlit Mountain is in the heart of the Smokies- you will need to navigate winding roads. Driveway is STEEP. Family game room, and 2 full-length balconies with a hot tub will help you relax in the mountains★

Our home offers 1532 square feet of space for making memories in the Smoky Mountains. This 3-bed, 3-bath home boasts an open floor plan, spanning 3 separate levels. There are plenty of amenities to make your trip unforgettable: a 65” TV for movie night, 2 full-length decks with a hot tub and western view of the sunset, pool table, arcade system, & fireplace with electric logs.

You'll fall in love with the peaceful setting. Our cabin is about 12 minutes from the Parkway, but still nestled away to provide privacy. Distances are 4.2 miles/12 minutes to Pigeon Forge and 10 miles/25 minutes to Gatlinburg.

Our home offers our guests a clean, calming, and inviting atmosphere to take in all that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Bedroom 1: Located on the top level, features a KING size bed with an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Located on the main level, features a KING size bed with an ensuite bathroom (which can also be accessed from the hallway).
Bedroom 3: Located on the bottom level, features a KING size bed with an attached bathroom.
Sleeper Sofa: Located on the bottom level in the game room.

KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM
As you enter, the open concept kitchen gives way to a living and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need. Meanwhile, your family can relax in the living room with vaulted ceilings and large windows to view the surrounding mountains. Fireplace is electric (there is a county-wide fire ban for all inside and outside fires for large portions of the year).

ENTERTAINMENT:
The game room on the lower level has the pool table, arcade system, kids play area, and 65" Roku TV preloaded with all your viewing apps (BYO passwords).

The main level has a 55" Roku TV preloaded with all viewing apps (BYO passwords).

All bedrooms are equipped with smart TV's. Note that live TV is only available on the Roku TV's in the living room and game room.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Outside, 2 full-length balconies provide plenty of space to lounge in peace. There is a hot tub for soaking. Decks also have plenty of seating and a table and chairs for 6. The cabin faces due west- one of our favorite things to do is sit out there on quiet mornings with a cup of coffee or watch the sunset on relaxing evenings.

DRIVING:
The Log Cabin at Moonlit Mountain is 13 miles from Smoky Mountain National Park- the most visited national park in the country. As a bonus, it’s close to all the action in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. You are only 5 miles from the Island and 7 miles from Dollywood. Paved roads the entire way, but winding mountain roads are necessary, and the driveway is STEEP.

First time visitors to Tennessee are often unprepared for how spread out the mountains are. Be fully prepared for lots of car time, especially when you visit the National Park.

If you are planning a trip to the mountains during the winter, weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God are always possible. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance.

Dollywood and Anakeesta are not to be missed. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and mountain biking nearby.

The view from the deck and the hot tub were great- very peaceful! The mattresses are very comfortable. The three level bedrooms were wonderful for privacy, at the end of the day. The "family room" with the pool table was fun!

Wonderful Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Both balconies were comfortable with partial Mountain View’s. the pool table and arcade games were fun too. Comfortable, clean and great communication from the host. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed the cabin! We each had our own private space. The beds were extremely comfortable! I like that we are close to Wears Valley and Townsend - some of the more quiet spots near the Smokies!

Great place nicely furnished. You have a woodpecker problem and the AC vent in the top floor bedroom rattles very loudly when the unit cuts on. Loved the hot tub and the ‘no chores’ check out.

This place was great. From the frantic message about not having the correct address which was ‘user error’ to the check out message was great! WiFi was good. Our college kid was in the middle of an LSAT study course during our stay and he had great service to get that done. Very clean upon arrival. Check out chores…AWESOME….cuz there were none!! Although we did tidy up! It was great!

Beautiful cabin with three master suites

The cabin is beautiful and perfect! I travelled with my husband, our 17-year old daughter and our adult son and his girlfriend. The layout was perfect for us. We enjoyed the hot tub, playing pool, and card games at the kitchen table. Love the decor and cute little tent set-up downstairs.

Secluded and Peaceful

Property is well stocked. Owners were very attentive. Place was spotless. Drive up is pretty steep but worth the view and seclusion. 3 masters was nice (everyone had their own space). There was a large adult bear hanging around the cabin so be “bear aware”. We enjoyed watching him/her from the two decks!

Spring break

We had everything we needed! Three king bedroom suites was the way to go when traveling with my parents and my aunt and uncle. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty to do as a family. We would definitely stay there again. The initial hill going up the first time was intimidating, but got better the more you went up it. We had the best time and there is lots of space if you are traveling with babies and have to set up pack n plays for sleeping as well in all the bedrooms.

This cabin far surpassed our expectations! Super clean and even better in person. We were so in love with the place we did try and book an extra night but it was already booked. This place was so cozy and my kids loved it as well. The hot tub was great had zero issues anywhere! They hosts was also easy to get in touch with!

Excellent and quiet location for family

Other than having a little difficulty finding the driveway(you should not wait until night to arrive), everything was excellent. The owners were very responsive and answered right away when we were lost. The house has everything you need for your family. The beds are comfy there is plenty of space and the downstairs family room was perfect for kids! Don’t forget to pack a hair dryer girls, there is not one here!

3 king suites with their own bathrooms - amazing. Beds are very comfy. Kitchen has everything needed. There are neighbors but they are thru the trees and not on top of each other. Driveway is not bad after the first time. The sharp turns were the worst part. GPS did want us to take the first driveway. The view is good but very limited. Beautiful home!

Perfect cabin stay

From booking to checking out everything was seamless. The communication was spot on and the added details just before arrival were perfect for this mountain cabin. Extra details like pictures to ensure you go in the right driveway were great. There are many extra benefits of this home as well that made it easy to pack our clothes and enjoy the weekend! I loved how clean and comfortable it was. We had three couples so the layout provided privacy but also plenty of space for game nights, porch sitting, and wine sipping! There were really cut touches for kids too if you went with younger children. I loved how the decor was modern and not "too much" with clutter. I would highly recommend this rental and enjoy working with the owners! They are gems for sure!

Absolutely perfect cabin.

This cabin had everything we needed. As a parent with toddlers and a teenage brother who came with us I was really impressed. We all had everything we needed. There was kid plates, silverware and cups. Cookware and spices. Coffee maker with cream and sugar. The pool table was great for the teenager and the toddlers LOVED the little green tent with the bear stuffies and plush pretend campfire. The hot tub was perfect for my wife and I after the kids went to sleep. The driveway is VERY steep but after driving up it a couple times it was no big deal. The cabin was extremely clean and very well designed. My wife loved all the decor. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. It was great distance from all the attractions but still secluded from civilization that you really can enjoy nature from the porch. I definitely recommend this cabin.

This cabin is a vacation home in TN, but we actually live in GA just outside of Atlanta. We do our absolute best to automate as much as we can to make an easy stay and give you all the information that you will need as soon as possible. Why they chose this property

We wanted something close enough to the action in P-Forge while still providing a feeling of seclusion in the mountains. This place fit the bill! It is approximately 12 minutes from the Parkway and minutes from the action while still being in a quiet mountain neighborhood.

We love the 3 master suites! Amenities including the hot tub and game room make it the perfect place for a family getaway. After spending a fun-filled day at the National Park or on the Parkway, you need a quiet, relaxing atmosphere.
