This is my second stay at this property this year. The location is very convenient to Grand Canyon University, along with being near amenities of gas, restaurants, shopping and coffee. The studio is very cute, cozy, and quiet.

Fabiola was nothing but accommodating during our stay. We came to PHX for a wedding and this suite was perfect for my partner and I. We gave her a heads up that we might be coming in a bit early and she gave us an hour early to check in. I’m sure it’s not applicable to everyone but we said we could stall if needed. We ended up grabbing a bite and checking in later anyways. She also left us an iron which was a life saver for our outfits for the wedding as it was somewhat of a steam iron type. Since it was the weekend of the wedding, we had several nights where we came home a bit late from celebrating but the entrance was discreet and out of the way enough where we felt comfortable coming in and out. Because I was part of the bridal party, the 2 beds were perfect when I needed to leave early for bridesmaid duties and leave my partner to rest. We slept comfortably, the AC was pumping all day (99 degrees all weekend) and the property was nice and clean. Thank so much Fabiola for the fantastic stay

Great home base to visit GCU

We stayed here to visit our son at GCU. It was just 5 minutes from campus and centrally located to all kinds of activities in and around Phoenix. The suite was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
