Everything was great, the only concern we had was the foot traffic causing a lot of banging and rattling when we tried to sleep. Our room was right next to the facility exit, so anytime someone would leave it would rattle our door and startle me. The host did provide ear plugs, which is nice. However, I personally couldn’t get past it. Overall the rental was clean, walking distance to down town, and had some great restaurants right around the corner.

The unit was as described. Clean and well appointed for a small space. The location is great for getting around downtown. Only negative to mention was the entry door shakes loudly everyone someone opened the main building door or another nearby unit door. And the upstairs neigh orcas hard to ignore. Nothing the owner can do about these things but they're worth mentioning.

Had an excellent visit to Phoenix. This was the perfect place for me to stay on my solo adventure. Excellent location with a very communicative host. My only suggestion is that if you are light sensitive to make sure you have an eye mask. I always carry one with me because I am sensitive and I needed it to sleep comfortably.

The place was fine. Mostly clean but kitchen shelf and vents were covered in dust, toaster was gross, and bathroom shower was tough to turn on due to an oddly placed screw. The unit is located right next to the entrance/exit door for the building and when that door closes it sounds like someone is trying to enter the unit. This was really alarming at 2am!

Great studio in awesome location!

This studio apartment was lovely, clean, very well appointed with everything we needed, and, best of all, it was in a great location downtown! We could walk less than a block to two cool restaurants and because we were staying in a central downtown spot, it was easy to get to museums, restaurants, and the 10 freeway -- which takes you nearly everywhere you want to go in Phoenix. We would definitely stay here again.
