About this property

Chama House Nest

This home was converted into a Dental office. We are now in the process of converting it into a duplex. We hope to complete the construction by 7/4/23. But NOTHING ever seems to go as scheduled in Chama. For now we are posting interior photos that show our construction progress!

Upstairs unit and beautiful cabin located in the heart of downtown Chama. One block from Cumbres and Toltec train depot, restaurants shopping and bars. Only 45 minutes two wolf creek ski area. Great hunRiteOnly 45 minutes to wolf creek ski area. Great hunting and fishing
