The Space:

Welcome to Nested Pointe in Colorado Springs! This is a private basement unit with its own entrance, accessible from the side of the home. Located just minutes from Downtown, our home offers keyless entry for your convenience. Step inside to discover a welcoming open layout that combines the dining room, kitchen, and living area, providing the perfect space to unwind.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for cooking at home. Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee using our provided K-Cups or unwind with a relaxing drink in the evening.

Relax in the cozy Queen bed, complete with plush pillows. You'll find ample storage space in the closet and nightstands, as well as a convenient morning prep nook for getting ready.

🛁 Bathroom

Our sparkling clean bathroom is fully stocked with essentials, including a hair dryer, fresh towels, toiletries, feminine products, and makeup wipes, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Enjoy the spacious backyard, accessible through the side gate off the alley. The backyard features a private entry into the unit, breathtaking mountain views, a fire pit, a seating area, a BBQ grill, Corn Hole, and more for your enjoyment.

Additionally, feel free to unwind and make use of the shared backyard, a space also accessible to guests staying in the upstairs unit.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
