The property was clean, spacious, well equipped, and comfortable. It was one of the best in our VRBO experience and we would rent it again if we return to this area. The room arrangement is well suited to large families, providing ample space for groups but also allowing privacy when desired. We enjoyed the two sitting rooms with large screen TVs and the patio with TV, spa, and putting green. Communication with host was very good. The kitchen was well equipped except for baking dishes (which we purchased and left for the next occupant!). Very satisfied with our stay at this fine property.

Great house well stocked with everything you need. Nice views of the desert, really nice hot tub. Quite and safe neighborhood. Very responsive company if anything comes up. Highly recommended wouldn't hesitate to book again. Happy travels

One of the best vacation

The property was in excellent condition, exceeding our expectations. Property was well equipped to cater to guests of all ages. Hot tub was in good working condition, which we all enjoyed after a long day of hiking. Property location was central to all the popular spots. I would not have any second thoughts about returning to this property and to recommend to my friends. We are one happy customers.

lovely home

This home had more than enough places for everyone to sleep comfortably. It was clean and well appointed. The private hot tub was a bonus. I do wish there had been more hair dryers available. Out of the 5 bathrooms, there were only 2 hair dryers. Everything else was perfect!

Overall really great!

Overall, we had a great stay. A few items of note: the first day we found a sex toy in a drawer of bedroom 1. Another day we were looking for something we dropped on the floor in another bedroom and there was a used condom just under the bed. I would have liked a box of tissues in the bathrooms and garbage cans in the bedrooms not just the bathrooms. Those are just a few items of concern, otherwise we really liked the house and layout! Thank you.

House was great, one of the best rental houses we have rented with our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children). House was clean, bedrooms were great lots of room to move around in the house. Kitchen was well stocked and some basic spices and other items were nice to have available (we always end up buying these and leaving them behind, but we did not need to) the double laundry room was very nice we could do laundry very quickly. My kids loved the pool and they want to go there every day. The staff at Red Sands was extremely great to work with and even with my travel issues with the airline they were wonderful to work with. When I called them, they were very calming and assured me they would help me work thru the schedule that was messed up by the airlines. Every interaction with them was great.

Dream home with views

We were in town for a short visit to Zion National Park. The home is located in a neighborhood not too far from everything you may need & yet far enough away to still feel private. Overlooking open lands, the views out the back are a bonus. The main level is open and ample allowing larger families plenty of room to gather. 3 bedroom en suites plus a bunk room with its own bathroom, this home is ideal for multiple families or in our case - a family of four with older teens. The home felt way bigger in person, which was a pleasant surprise. The outdoor space was relaxing and fun. Beautifully appointed furnishings and every room had multiple charging stations for phones/devices. Owner has thought of everything including a fully stocked kitchen with extras like crock pot, instapot, pancake griddle, waffle maker, toaster, blender…plastic dinnerware for littles, high chair and play pen…plus 2 sets of washers/dryers. We did not use the water park but it was as close and looked fun. You really don’t need to leave the home to be entertained but with all the nature around you, it’s a nice retreat after a day of exploration. Games, Bluetooth speakers, hot tub, BBQ, firepit and mini golf - ping pong and pickball in garage. They’ve thought of everything!
