Great 3 bedroom timeshare. View was partial ocean/lagoon and employee parking lot. Very clean and similar to all of the Marriott rooms.

The property, location, and the view were a perfect 10. I am a griller; I have never seen a resort take care of their grills the way the Marriott did - excellent. Yes, a bit pricey; but would absolutely pay it again for the location and amenities. We visited other parts of the island, they do not compare to Ko 'Olina.
