About this property

Our House at the Beach C-217 A MUST SEE!!!!!!

Lake houses offer a generous bi-level layout that includes separate dining and living rooms spaces. The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishware, flatware, and has full-sized appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and washer and dryer for your convenience. Off the large living room there is a balcony overlooking the Lake. The master bedroom suite also opens onto a balcony and has an en-suite bathroom with closets and dressing area. The second bedroom has an adjacent full second bathroom. Lake House offers central A/C, ample closet and storage space, cable TV, free calls to the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. The development includes a private pool, covered pavilion area with a BBQ, a picnic area and tennis courts. PLEASE NOTE THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE GARAGE PARKING. FREE PARKING IS OUTSIDE.

Would stay here again

Easy access to public beach. 20-minute safe walk to village. Clean condo and very spacious. Maybe a little shy on kitchen supplies (minimal cups, no salt, no coffee) that I normally see in VRBO places. But no complaints at all.

Great location. Beach is just across the street. Siesta Key village is just a mile away. Easy walk or take free tram. Appliance's have been updated from pictures. Property very nice. Condo was clean and stocked with the necessities. Pool area was very nice. Will definitely be back.
