An enormous master suite boasts a fire place, reading area, & separate bathroom. 2 additional beautifully decorated bedrooms allow for 6 guests. A large living room, dining room, bonus reading room, & large soaking tub ensure a relaxing visit for the entire family!

FREE swimming at Sand Dunes Recreation Hot Springs is included in this rental for your entire stay! The hot springs is located 30 minutes north of Alamosa.

Great host and well kept property

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at one of Carly and Donny’s properties and I will always stay at their properties in Alamosa. Beautiful view of the mountains, great space - especially for couples and families.

Great Sand Dunes Get Away

We loved our visit to Alamosa and the Great Sand Dunes. The house is very nice and clean. We had everything we needed. We loved the free admission to the recreation center. We went every day of our visit. The Green Room is really cool. The food was excellent. The service was great. They had an awesome beer selection. We can’t wait to visit again.

Nice country house, close to town

Great country home, close to town with lots of space. Nice large backyard deck with view of mountains. Furnished nicely. There is a 4th bedroom but no bed, only a chaise lounge? Another building on north side of house with other renters.

Quiet and Recently Renovated

We expected Alamosa to be part of the Great Culinary Desert, and it was, except for the Friar's Fork. We brought our own food for breakfast and lunch and made dinner one night. The kitchen was adequate for casual use. The house was larger, more secluded, and more comfortable than a suite in a luxury hotel and the parking was very convenient. Bring your own coffee maker.
