Whatever your desire the Marrakesh will deliver. Located steps from west village were there are chic restaurants. Belle Isle Park is 1.2 miles away, minutes from downtown where all sporting arenas, theaters and fun spots are. Whatever you are in Detroit for, this is the place to call home.

But the real gem of our neighborhood is Belle Isle, an island park located in the Detroit river that features stunning views of the city skyline and a wealth of recreational activities. From biking and hiking to swimming and picnicking, there’s something for everyone.
And the best part? The residents of this neighborhood are some of the friendliest and most welcoming people you’ll ever meet. You’ll feel right at home as you explore the area and soak up all the local culture and charm. Built in 1903, this charming building is over 120 years old and full of character. While it has been tastefully renovated with modern updates—including forced heat and central air conditioning—please note that soundproofing was not a feature back then, so quiet hours are kindly expected and appreciated out of respect for all guests and neighbors.
🛏️ This is one of four private apartments in the building. Your unit is fully private and thoughtfully decorated for comfort and enjoyment. If you plan to walk around late at night, we ask that you kindly remove your shoes to help maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
📶 WiFi is fast and reliable, powered by the fastest plan from Comcast. A smart TV is provided in the living room so you can stream your favorite shows—just remember to sign out before check-out.

This is a strictly non-smoking property. A $200 abatement fee will be charged if smoking is detected inside the apartment or any indoor space.
🚫 Parties & Gatherings
Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Immediate eviction without refund will occur if you are found in violation of this policy.
💵 Damage & Replacement Fees
You will be charged for any damage to towels, bed linens, furniture, rugs, or other items beyond normal wear and tear.
🚗 Parking Policy
Each reservation includes 1 designated parking spot. Any additional vehicle must be pre-approved and will incur a $50 per day fee.
⏰ Early Check-In
Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee.
Note: Complimentary early check-in is only offered for stays of 7 nights or more if available. Please do not request early check-in for shorter stays without accepting the fee.
⏳ Late Check-Out
Late check-out is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
• $50 fee for check-out extensions up to 1:00 PM.
• Check-outs beyond 1:00 PM will incur a total fee of $170 ($50 standard + $120 extended).
Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional charges.

Reservations are for the number of guests listed at booking. Any additional guest after midnight beyond the maximum occupancy will result in a $50 per guest, per night charge.
🚽 Toilet Use
To prevent plumbing issues, only toilet paper may be flushed. All other items (wipes, paper towels, hygiene products, etc.) must be disposed of in the trash bins provided.
🐶 Pet Policy
Pets must be approved in advance.
• If traveling with a pet, please bring a crate/kennel.
• Pets may not be left unattended in the apartment at any time without prior permission.
