-PARKING FEE: Guests will need to purchase a parking pass at the front desk upon check-in which will be an additional charge of $48.67 PLUS tax. This parking pass will be valid for the duration of your stay. Only one vehicle per reservation is permitted.

-AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced. Guests renting the unit must be 25+ years old. For groups of single adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

-NO SMOKING: There is a strict NO smoking/vaping policy (of any kind) in the unit, on the balcony, or throughout the community grounds.

-NO PETS: Sorry!!

-WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: For safety and sanitation purposes, all food and consumable items are removed from the unit during the professional cleaning. To get you going, we provide you with a starter kit which includes:
- Dishwasher detergent (for 1 load);
- Laundry detergent (for 1 load);
- 1 roll of toilet paper;
- 1 roll of paper towel;
- 1 sponge;
- 1 travel size shampoo; and
- 1 bar of soap
- 1 trash bag liner per trashcan
Make sure to pack your own beach towels, any coffee, salt & pepper, cooking oil, etc, and any extra quantities of the aforementioned inclusions for longer stays! Please reach out with any questions about what comes with the unit when you arrive!
