We enjoyed our stay! Quiet setting. Nice view. Lots of room. Loved having a cooler to pack snacks. Responsive host. Jeep was great to have and worked well.

Condo is beautiful and beautifully furnished. The beach leaves a little to be desired but the beach across the bay is great. You need to rent a car to enjoy other parts of the island.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! The view was breathtaking. The condo furnishings and beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were well designed with great water pressure. The kitchen had everything you would need for staying in and cooking family meals. The condo complex was quiet and near desired restaurants and attractions. We really enjoyed our stay!

This stay was everything mentioned in the listing. Stunning views and very comfortable. This place felt just like home had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend!

March 2024 - My wife and I brought our four high school age kids (3 boys & 1 girl) to St. Thomas for their spring break. While there were some logistical challenges with our flights, Don's property was perfect for our family, and Don was great to work with, both before and during our stay. The condo is located in a quiet cove/bay about a 4 minute drive to the town of Red Hook. It is a third (top) floor unit with a large deck overlooking the tennis courts, pool, and view of sailboats anchored in the bay; we spent a lot of time on the deck, making use of the large round table big enough to accommodate our family, and made use of the grill for a couple of dinners. The main floor has two bedrooms and two baths, along with the well-stocked kitchen, and family room with a smart TV. The upstairs loft area has three beds and a bathroom with shower. So, lots of open space making for a very comfortable stay. Don was/is a great host - providing lots of valuable information about the islands and logistics before the trip. He was very accommodating and flexible with our travel issues, and went above-and-beyond what I've experienced with any other VRBO host (and with our large family, we utilize this method of vacationing on the regular. And anytime I had a question, Don was prompt in responding. A few notes about the island - it is beautiful; food is expensive; driving can be challenging; Red Hook is fun; Charlotte Amalie is not a place to be after 5 pm; St. John Island is nice too.

Had another great stay this year, great location near all the activity at the east end of the island but in a quiet location. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed. Kim was incredibly helpful as she was last year. We hope to make this trip an annual event.

The condo was clean and worked well for our family of 5. Great location near Hidden Beach and Red Hook. Host was quick to respond to issues. The beach was less than desirable, but plenty of others nearby. We rented a car which was a necessity.
