Home is in a quiet neighborhood so be respectful of noise levels and keep to a low level outdoors after 9pm.

We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding in McMinnville, and it was the perfect home away from home! The house was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It’s also conveniently located close to The Monroe on 415th, which made it ideal for our wedding weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay — highly recommend!

Work trip

My husband and I spent a couple of nights here during a work trip. It was a really neat house and conveniently located in town. The host was great as well! We will be rebooking next time we are in town.

We enjoyed our stay for the week. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The place was centrally located for us to visit several different parks in the area for hiking and waterfall viewing.

Caleb thought of everything. We sat around the fire in the back yard, the kids played battleship, and they loved the chalkboard door. That was the first thing my Grandson did was draw on it.

We get this property when we visit is is close to everything and the people who we are visiting. Caleb is a great host. This trip was better was warm outside and got to sit outside on porch and backyard. Very nice property

We came into town for a family wedding and the check in was supposed to be at 4pm and the wedding started at 4pm. Caleb was very responsive and was in touch with the cleaning person and we were able to get into the house early so we could quickly get ready and be at the wedding on time. The house was very clean and cute.

Very comfortable stay !

What a cute spot - very well furnished and comfortable. The snack basket and drinks were a welcome treat. We enjoyed spinning records on the vintage player and rediscovered some Joni Mitchell favorites! Very close to Rock Island State park and the many outdoor adventures in the area. Thank you Caleb, for a very thoughtful and comfortable location.
