Our roomy and elegant three-story holiday home and boating getaway is the ideal spot for you and your loved ones to unwind together. Take advantage of a private bocce ball court, bicycles, boat dock, beach gear, outdoor grill, and a gorgeous pool and spa. Within minutes, you can boat, kayak, or paddleboard to Big Pass or Sarasota Bay to enjoy the open water or a nearby sandbar.

The space
This charming Key West–style home boasts wraparound porches and ample gathering spaces both indoors and out. With multiple sleeping areas, a pool, spa, bocce ball, ping pong, an elevator, and more, it offers something for everyone to enjoy.

College Grad Celebration Trip

The property was very well maintained, felt like a vacation destination, and was close to conveniences. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and there were plenty of areas of interest and relaxation for all of us to enjoy. Owners were terrific to work with, and we will definitely be back!

Family Vacation

Our stay was great. House was clean and had everything we needed. Joel was very attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our vacation very much! Even Kayaked with dolphins right behind the property! Truly a fun week and also a very relaxing, worry-free experience.

Beautiful home that has EVERYTHING!

We all had a great time there. The home is beautiful and included everything you could ask for. Walking distance to the beach and boat dock, and a short drive to charming downtown Siesta Key. We will definitely be going back soon!!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

First time vacationing with multiple generations and this property was perfect for my family and the grandparents. Kids are 18 months and 3yrs and absolutely loved the pool and multiple games/activities. The gate to the stairs/pool also gave us piece of mind. Shell beach a short walk away and the village a short drive away. Can't say enough good things about how accommodating and responsive the host is too!

Awesome house

This house is the best! So many things to do. Short walk to the beach and short car ride to shopping and restaurants. We had so much fun with all the games and activities and made it a friendly competition. Ping Pong, darts, bags, pool basketball and tennis. So much room for larger groups and everyone had their own space. Owner thought of every convenience with fridge on main level and music in all areas of the house. Perfect vacation!!

Family Getaway “Siesta Key”

The home made our getaway perfect for every one of us. From great grandparent, grandparents, kids to grandkids. The home provided everything needed for a vacation. From beach supplies, toys, games, bikes, canoes and much more. Everything worked and nothing was missing. The pool area allowed everyone to relax and have fun. After a day of Siesta Key beach and other activities the fun and relaxation just keeps on going when you get home. Rooms and space for all. Kitchen and dining area was very spacious. Perfect place for your next getaway. We will certainly stay there again. It’s a gem.

Fantastic Getaway

This house checked all of the boxes. We had a fabulous time with family, friends and kids with something for all to enjoy! The boat dock provided dolphin and manatee watching, fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. We enjoyed venturing into the cute little town of Siesta Key for nice evening strolls and restaurants. The house provided everything we needed for dinners in and easily accommodated us all and more. We had a short walk to the beach with beautiful sand and lots of shell hunting and then returned back to the house for a dip in the heated pool and spa. Games galore for the audits and kids. This was indeed our "Personal Resort" and did not disappoint. I cannot wait to go back!

We have stayed at many properties over the years, but this property is the best we have ever stayed at! Joel was a fantastic host! He met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of all the wonderful features of his home. All week long, we marveled at the detail and thought that the host put into his home. It is spacious, clean, and beautiful. We especially enjoyed fishing off the dock, kayaking alongside dolphins, the amazing pool and hot tub, the bikes and beach chairs and toys, the fire pit and s’mores kit that was provided by the host, the gorgeous little public beach that was just a short walk from the house, and the game room. There was something for everyone in our group, from kids to age 83. We expected to spend most of our time at Siesta beach, and found ourselves wanting to spend most of our time at the house. Joel’s place is an absolute gem and was a fantastic price for what you get!

I was born and raised in Iowa many moons ago and moved to Sarasota in 1987 to enjoy the year-round warmth and sunshine. It’s where I met my wife, Stacy, and together we raised two boys. Now, we’re loving life with our three grandkids!

Why they chose this property

We set out to find a home where families could come together and make lasting memories. We put a lot of effort into gathering resources for all ages, offering recreational activities as well as spaces for relaxation. Our goal was to create a place where everyone could gather and truly enjoy their time together.

Unlike hotels or smaller vacation rentals, we offer just about everything you could imagine at a family resort. From kayaks, paddleboards, boat dock, and fishing gear to board games, a pool, spa, bocce ball, cornhole, putting green, fire pit, bikes, battery-powered cars for young children, baby pool, stroller, playpen, pack and play, shuffleboard, tournament basketball, air hockey, ping pong, dartboard, pool basketball, pool floats, dollhouse, tree swing, chessboard, and so much more.
