Welcome to Cozy Cub at Echota! A 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo located in the beautiful community of Echota. When entering the home, it has an open kitchen plan. The appliances for your use in the kitchen are stainless steel with granite countertops to compliment. For all of the coffee lovers, there is both a Keurig coffeemaker, and a standard drip coffee maker. There is lots of storage in the cabinets for ingredients and coffee cups, wine glasses, and drinking glasses. There is also a large refrigerator/ freezer combo that has lots of space for food, and drink storage. Off from the kitchen is the living room and dining room. The dining room has three chairs and has a large table perfect for family meals. The living room has a large flat screen tv that is mounted on the wall, and gas log fireplace. Feel free to sit on the couch and watch movies while the fireplace crackles.

There is a queen bedroom, a king bedroom, as well as a twin over full bunk bed room. The queen room has its own shower, with an attached bath. There is also a chair in this room that folds out to host another twin bed. The twin over full bunkroom has a tub and shower combo, that is shared with the main house. The king room, features its own beautifully tiled shower, and a jetted tub. Each bedroom has its own tv, so you are welcome to lay in bed and fall asleep to a great movie. There is a large covered deck, that showcases year round mountain views. You can sit on the deck in the mornings in the luxury furniture and enjoy a warm cup of coffee.

- There is a strict limit of three (3) cars parked at the property.
- Pets are absolutely not permitted in Echota Rentals.
- AWD/4WD is required in times of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly.
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
