To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

This building is centrally located; close to the Pike Place Market, flagship Nordstrom, Space Needle and Seattle Center, and Seattle waterfront. We are surrounded by an eclectic urban neighborhood, full of shops, restaurants, and nightlife.
You will love our property! You can pack light. We provide everything you will need to make you comfortable during your stay. Besides towels and linens, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels. A high chair and pack n play are available for a flat rental.
Excellent placement in Seattle. Clean, safe, close to downtown. Would return. Communication was great.
Easy to find, but parking was not explained clearly ahead of time. There is a bus stop directly in front of the building, which complicated things the first time we pulled up after a 5 hour drive with all of our bags, in the dark, in the rain and had no idea where to park. STRESS. Once we were in the condo, we found instructions for parking in the basement garage- which was oh-so convenient in the end. The building is nice, the condo is modern and cute- tiny but perfect size for our family of four for just a couple of days. Surface clean, but has not been deep cleaned/maintained in a very long time- don't look too close and you will be much happier. Most desperate attention needed: floors need to be re-done and some furniture needs to be cleaned. Yuck. Due to small size of condo, one of the bedrooms and the bathroom have sliding pocket doors that do not afford a lock or any real privacy. The door on the bathroom easily comes off the track and there are large gaps which allow seeing in and out much too easily for anyone wishing to be modest (13-year-old girl). The bathroom is off the kitchen, so if you are cooking, you can see whoever is in the bathroom doing their business. The kitchen was stocked very well- we managed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner with no problems! Lots of fresh towels and linens and the beds were super comfy. Cable TV was a bonus for us. Best of all, it's located between downtown and the Space Needle- within walking distance of both- and there is a neighborhood grocery across the street. We will be back.
This is a modern well located apartment. Belltown is a great location, with many restaurants close by, and within walking distance of the Pike Market, downtown, and the Science Center/Space Needle. The apartment is compact but easily accommodated the 3 of us. It is well furnished with utensils and dishes. It worked well for us for a relatively short stay, but groups of 4 might find it cramped.
There were a couple of issues to note. First, the apartment is on the 3rd floor directly above very busy 3rd Ave. There is significant traffic noise. If you have trouble sleeping with noise, this may be a problem. I slept well, as noise does not bother me. Most Seattle apartments do not have A/C as the weather is mild and it is not required. Bothe days that we were there were arm and sunny. The apartment faces west, and gets direct afternoon sunlight which warmed the apartment. With the heavy traffic noise, opening windows to get a breeze also allowed plenty of noise in the apartment. There were some maintenance issues. The plastic blinds on the windows were broken (on all 3 windows) and were missing about half of the vanes. The curtains used were not blackout style, and allowed plenty of light through. They also appeared to be too small for the windows, not completely covering them. Finally, the wi-fi in my unit was not working. I never found the listed wi-fi SSID (signal), despite resetting the wi-fi router numerous times. I did not have a laptop, so I was not able to plug into the router to troubleshoot. However, I did find the signal for another unit listed by SeattleOasis, and guessed the password, based on the password I was given. This was sufficient for my needs, as we did not spend a lot of time in the apartment, but were busy site-seeing and eating.
Overall, I would stay here again, for a short visit (2-3 days). But, I could only recommend it with reservations to friends or relatives.
The property was just like listed. Could walk to most of the attractions. Bus stop right in front. Grocery store and nice restaurants near by.
Very good prep information, we had no problems getting there.
The building is on a busy road. When we were there it was relatively cool outside, so we did not need aircon.
I would recommend this place to friends.
Had a fantastic stay here while on a business trip to Seattle. Apartment was exactly as described and the service was prompt and pleasant. Great location and great amenities in the building too.
We stayed for three nights and loved everyday. The neighborhood had so much to offer and we were minutes away from down town. The room was exactly the right size with amenities for four people.
Our beautiful property is centrally located in downtown Seattle. From it, you are an easy walk from the waterfront, Pike Place Market, flagship Nordstrom and the retail core, and Seattle Center. 100's of restaurants are in this neighborhood, along with unique shops and nightlife.
