To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

About Darik Eaton
My wife, Sally and I are excited for you to stay with us! We originally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007. Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing and amazing design, what was just an investment has become a full time business. We currently have 30 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others. Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us. We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city! Thanks, and we look forward to hosting you!

Quaint little place in a great location
Great location. Walking distance to everything. Had a home cooked meal with the convenience of all the supplied amenities and was able to leave without any dirty laundry. Always a plus! Only one key fob made it a little tricky with four adults coming and going, but we managed. Overall, I’d stay here again if visiting the area.
Great condo, convenient location, clean
Stayed at the Belltown property on the weekend of Oct 1st. The property is in a convenient location in a safe part of town. It is only a few blocks from the waters edge. There is a convenience store on the same street that has most of what you need if you forget something at home. Property was clean, quiet, and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again when in the Seattle area again.
The perfect home base for touring Seattle.
The property management thought of everything - from decor, to linens, to soaps/shampoos/detergent, leaving ziplocs, to a welcome goodie bag. You can walk right out the door of the condo and tour the whole city!
The condo offered plenty of space for two adults and two teenagers.
Don't forget to spend an evening on the rooftop deck - spectacular!
Fabulous location for exploring Seattle!
The property was in a great location and the condo worked out perfectly for two couples. We were walking distance to most of the sites and while we didn't rent a car, it's nice to know that parking is available with the unit. we will definitely rent again.
Need more fans in rooms our but in Air condition
Nice place but gets hot inside no Air and only one over head fan.
Thanks for reviewing our property. As this guest mentioned, this condo can get warm in summer months, as it is west facing. However, this summer we did install seasonal air conditioning units. In this particular vacation home, it is located in the master bedroom. So this guest, and all guests this summer had access to a season AC, plus three tower fans and a ceiling fan. However, even with this, please ask if you have questions about your comfort level. A seasonal AC does not perform the same as a central AC, and we want our guests to be happy, and know what to expect!
Cozy apartment in central location
The other reviews are right, the apartment building is right outside a bus stop and less than favorable type of crowd. Having said that, the location to all of the restaurants and sightseeing is prime, and just a short walk from everything. You really don't need to rent a car at all.
Regarding the neighborhood, I had no problem walking my children around the area and felt safe. Big props to the owner who added air conditioning in the unit for us on this especially hot week in Seattle (80s-90's in early August 2017). Without it, the apartment would have been unbearable. I can see how this apartment would be a great spot for the other 11 months of the year here, as that type of weather is unusual.
The owner went above and beyond, providing some snacks, dishwasher detergent, washer/dryer supplies, many extra sheets and blankets, and plenty of update messages to make sure we were prepared with each step we needed to take care of (check-in and out).
I recommend staying here to any Seattle tourist.
Our beautiful property is centrally located in downtown Seattle. From it, you are an easy walk from the waterfront, Pike Place Market, flagship Nordstrom and the retail core, and Seattle Center. 100's of restaurants are in this neighborhood, along with unique shops and nightlife.
