Great access to beach. Restaurant was great. Pool area very nice. Carpets in unit need a bit of sprucing up, if not replaced. We love the space of the unit. Perfect for our stay.

Not a bad way place. Smoke alarm battery was low and chirping. Cabinet door in kitchen was very loose. Building maintenance came and tightened door and took down smoke alarm. Never came back with a different one or a new battery. Also fixed door handle that pulled off. Carpets were dirty and looked like they weren’t even swept

The condo has an unpleasant odor. The carpet is dirty and the towels and sheets were thin and low quality. You could see through the washcloths. There were no kitchen towels-only a roll of paper towels. The door to the main bedroom closet was off the track completely and almost fell on top of me. The furniture on the patio is falling a part and not usable. There’s no WiFi and no instructions or communications in the condo. The host never provided the unit number or the name of the high rise. We finally got the street address the day before we left for our trip.The 45/day "mandatory" amenities fee (for pool, beach towels, fitness center) was not disclosed in the VRBO descriptions. Nor was the parking situation. There’s no on sight self parking and valet is 35/day.

Amazing

I had a great stay at this apartment. Check-in was smooth and clear instructions made it easy to settle in quickly. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. It was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The only minor downside was that the elevators were a bit slow, especially during peak hours, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Wonderful place!!!

We were very happy with our stay and yes the staff of this building work hard to service and we really appreciate them! Although it has so many floors the elevators were pretty fast this weekend we stayed! The restaurant and pool were fantastic as well! The condo is much better than what you see in pictures! It has the best views and the comfort was wonderful! We’d absolutely book here again!

Overall the unit was exactly as described. It was clean and had the basics. This was the first beach VRBO where there were no games/cards/beach stuff. Sadly, it rained a lot while we were there but the master bedroom TV didn’t work. We did have a problem with the HVAC, which appeared to be fixed for a day but then the temps creeped up again the last night we were there. The only other suggestion I would make is to have dish towels, pot holders, and maybe something to clean the counters. The main issues were the resort itself. Had we not contacted the host directly we wouldn’t have been able to check in. For some reason their system never sent us the information we needed to check in which delayed the process. When we went to the pool the first day we got our towels with our card and went to the beach since there were no seats at the pool. It was there we were told we couldn’t get seats because we didn’t have the towel card (though we had towels). Basically, striped towels pool and solid beach. When two of our group went to the beach the next day, they had to have the pool people text the beach people for towels since we are only given 1 towel card. They were not told they couldn’t leave without losing their seats. So, if you leave the beach for anything you only get 1 towel/chair service a day. Expect delays with the elevator as mentioned in other reviews as well as the valet. There is no other option but to valet so don’t expect to leave anywhere fast.

Great host!

The unit is clean, modern, and true to photos. Loved the wrap around balcony and views. Maria was a wonderful host. Two grocery stories easily walkable. It’s a great place for a low-key long weekend. Elevators (as other reviews note) are tricky at times. Pool bar drinks are way over priced so we opted to make our own and enjoy the ocean view from our balcony. Readout amenities were fine. Would stay again.

Great location!

Great location. The beach, restaurants, and boardwalk are all close by. My main complaint is the elevator system. There's 4 elevators for 41 floors and by the time it came to the 15th floor was always full. Most of the time we took the stairs but it was hard with luggage. Ended up waiting 30 min to get down with luggage.

Comfy condo on one of the best S. Florida beaches

Great location with amazing views of the ocean to the east and the city to the south and west. The condo itself is comfortable and very nice compared with a few others in that area. Amenities are top notch and beach access is a breeze. The only thing holding this back from 5 stars was the resort fees and parking fees. Overall they are not a big deal, but it was not mentioned in the description and it does end up raising the overall cost by about 20%. Still well worth it in my opinion.

Pretty Nice; Some Caveats

The unit itself is pretty nice, and mostly as described. The resort is also pretty nice. I think intentionally the listing does not tell you the resort. It is H (Hyde) Hollywood Resorts and Residences. If you go read independent reviews of the resort, they are very mixed. Our experience was mostly good. Most of the employees seemed to be trying and helpful. However there were times when valet, the front desks, and especially the elevators were overwhelmed. As in you were waiting 30 minutes for an elevator. To the point that we walked the 15 flights of stairs more than once. If you can look past these issues it was a nice place to stay. Pool and restaurants are nice and the unit was reasonably well appointed.

The condo was nice and clean, though they have very little dishes... No spices for cooking... Be sure to bring your own. The couch in the living room is a little difficult to figure out with no instructions.We thought we were gonna break it,when we were trying to pull it out. And didn't think it was a bed. The property wants to charge you for any little small thing. Rules at the pool are very strict.No, throwing balls, no floaties, no kids can go in the hot tubs, and if you don't return your towel.Same day, it's a fifty dollar fine.... All in all the stay was good.Beach is niceSuper close chairs and umbrella.And towels are provided at beach as well. This house usually gets really good reviews for communication and everything.But on this particular trip, I don't think they should have accepted the booking.... I'm not going into why she wasn't readily available.That is personal reasons.I'm not going to publicly put... I understand why she wasn't available to manage the property.But she should at least have somebody manage it.That can speak english and messages back.We waited over twenty four hours for toilet paper. And she was very rude when messaging back in all caps... very disappointed with the host andThe person she put in charge since she couldn't do it.... advice for the property owner.Maybe put a booklet in the room with information on how to open up the pullout couch.
