Retreat to the quiet and relaxing coastal haven of Quiet Waters 3D! The private balcony offers views of the Intracoastal Waterfront beyond. Sporting a comfortable living room, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, this condo is a true gem. The unit has great views of the Intracoastal from the living room and Master Bedroom. After a full day on the beach or spent in the pool or hot tub, relax and unwind in the comfort of the condo. Our coastal condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 6 using the queen sized sleeper sofa.

Escape from the Cold

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was accurately described. Very comfortable especially the Master bed. There were a few things that needed some TLC (Tender loving care). The ice maker filter was in need of replacement. The light switches needed attention as they didn't work in Master and second bedroom. The Master ensuite shower needed some extra attention as mold was appearing on shower walls and floor. The TV's worked well but the living room tv had been changed by previous tenant and we were unable to return it back to proper channels. We required a TV tech to come and fix for us. It may sound like I've found fault with numerous things but in the long run they weren't great causes for concern condo just needed some attention from the rental agency.

It added a homey feel and we enjoyed looking at them.

Happy to return

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our family's second time staying in this unit. We returned because it is a great location and has all the amenities we need. The complex is usually pretty quiet, and we often had the pool to ourselves. Just a quick walk across the street to a quiet beach. Washer & Dryer in unit is a big help. The only downfall is that the unit is pretty dated. Nothing problematic, but a few quick updates would go a long way. We definitely plan to book this unit again next time we visit the area.
