Large 3 story home with charming Mexican decor, private pool & garden

Spacious 3-story home, fully airconditioned, is only 2 blocks from the beach and a 10-minute walk to the town square. Charming Mexican décor, lovely private pool, and garden. The first floor is a spacious open great room with a large well-equipped kitchen, dining area for 8, living room with a flat-screen TV/DVD, free Wi-Fi, and lots of amenities. The third floor is a master suite with big sliding doors out to balconies on both sides and lets in a lovely cross breeze. It also has a huge walk-in shower in the private bath. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, One with a private bath, and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom.

The secluded garden and pool area is the perfect relaxing, gathering place. A large table with 5 chairs and 3 loungers for your comfort. The roof has a seating area where you can take in a beautiful view of the ocean or a stunning sunset over the lush mangrove looking west. Our English-speaking manager can help you have the perfect vacation. We can also help arrange individualized tours and excursions.

Great Getaway!

Property was clean and perfect for our vacation! Could have used a few more bath towels and the couches are needing to be replaced in the near future but overall everything was great!

This place is clean and nice. It has everything you will need for your stay minus the food and drinks. It’s three blocks from the beach and food. The town is safe and fun. We will return.

Amazing house

Everything was as advertised.Beautiful home with all that you could want.The pool was great to enjoy after a day at the beach.The lovely beach was a few minutes walk away.The bikes were handy to have.The beds were comfortable.We were close to everything.

Fabulously decorated space inside and out. The private pool was clean and a highlight of our stay. The kitchen included water, some ground coffee, and all of the equipment we needed. The host responded to questions quickly and thoughtfully. We booked Airport transfers, private chef and smirking snorkeling through the host. AC worked well in the downstairs and sleeping rooms. We were delighted with our stay and would go back.

The roof top terrace was a great place to spend the evening as it had a nice cool breeze. Wonderful property - the photos don’t do it justice. It’s very very lovely. Loved our stay, plenty of room for us all to spread out. Very good location. There was some building work taking place opposite but that wasn’t fault of property. Walking distance to town square which is very pretty, good restaurants. Would highly recommend.

There is only AC in the bedrooms, so it was hot in the main living & kitchen area. Ceiling fans helped a lot. The location is perfect. Close to beach & town. We rented bikes and rode all over town. Abbey del Sol is one of the best property managers I have ever dealt with.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great one week stay in Casa Mulder. The location is very convenient to the beach as well as a huge selection of restaurants. The layout was perfect for our multi-generational (ages 1 1/2 - 79) family vacation. Lots of space for everyone. The house was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our trips to the beach plus Tulum, Coba, a couple Cenotes, and Playa del Carmen. All our meals were delicious and the restaurants provided and wide array of cuisines. Puerto Morelos is great vacation spot to relax, enjoy the weather and not need a car.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a hard decision to leave the safety of our homes and travel abroad. We felt so safe, however! The house was immaculate and well equipped. Everyone stayed at a distance while providing everything we needed, including detailed and accurate advice. The town was doing a great job of providing services and keeping safety a priority. I've been to PM 6 times now and Abbey Del Sol rentals will forever be my first choice!

Fabulous house, above & beyond rental company

Beautiful home and outdoor patio/pool with plenty of space for extended family. Grandparents thoroughly enjoyed the third floor where they could escape the noise and chaos of our young children. Perfect location - less than 5 minute stroll to the beach, 1/2 mile to the town square - close enough to walk anywhere you want to be, but far enough from the noise and bustle of the town. Puerto Morelos is a fabulous place to visit if you're traveling with young children! Abby del Sol rental company is truly the best - so helpful and prompt with questions, coordinating taxis, recommendations for restaurants and activities. You may want to pack an eye mask as some of the rooms have thin curtains and the lights around the house at night are bright. Beds are quite comfortable, kitchen is well stocked for cooking and baking. Couldn't imagine any place better.

The perfect property!

We were excited about staying at Abbey del Sol from the moment we booked it, and when we arrived, it was even more charming than the online listing. Spotlessly clean, the AC worked well (we needed it!), with a beautiful pool, large bedrooms, relaxing gathering areas and plenty of bathrooms. We traveled to Puerto Morales for a family member's wedding. Our group was three generations: my husband and I, our daughter and son-in-law and 2 grandsons ages 11 & 13. The boys (young & older) spent hours in the pool, and when we weren't exploring the cute shops and local restaurants (all within a few minutes walk), they were at the beach, only 2 blocks away. The rooftop patio had a beautiful view of the neigborhood and the water, and lots of balconies on each level to enjoy the out of doors. The management was very responsive and booked airport transportation for us and to several other venues. Be assured, if you book this property, you will not be disappointed!

After a warm welcome, we went to the house with Jin. Casa Mulder met our exepectations. We found it well equipped and no problem occured during our stay. Convenient located near the beach and just an easy walk to the center. Abby del Sol staff helped us a lot during our 8 days stay regarding booking of the 8-hours fishing tour with Capt. Carmen, snorkling with Capt. Crispy Bacon and Berta, and the daytrip, (van droven by Hector) to Tulumm Maya site and swimming in Tortuga Cenote. Would like to come back, but it's a long flight from Norway.

The host kept very prompt contact with us during our week. Wonderful house, very well equipped! Thick large beach towels, a bonus.. Well landscaped very peaceful in yard.. Top deck has a surprise, you can see the ocean . A must stay with this Abbey del Sol..

It was our second time visiting the same house due to the location, great staff, house itself (fits our family perfectly) and the private pool! We love it, never had any issues with anything and small things are solved by the staff super quickly. The town is great, easy access to everything, beach, great food and fun shopping. It was very quiet, friendly and easy to get around. We were very please with the management company's assistance with arranging transportation when we went site seeing. Only recommendation that I would make is a beach umbrella would have great to have along with the other beach amenities provided.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over the years we have rented many vacation homes, but the Abbey del Sol group and Casa Mulder far exceeded our expectations. As three couples that largely prepare meals at home, this was the best stocked kitchen ever.Even the utility had shelves with ovenware and small appliances. For those that do not cook, there so many other special touches.....master bdm coffee station, beach totes with your towels, all the paper products and personal care items were included and refreshed after the first week. And the house itself was wonderfully laid out for both family time and personal reading space. We also spent a lot of time around the pool. The only negative we had was the living room sofa was broken down and almost unusable. Based on how the home is cared for, I’m sure that will soon be replaced.
