You'll fall in love with this amazingly peaceful updated and clean condo that walks out to a pool & bay view showing off the most amazing sunrises(and sometimes dolphins)! This ground floor unit has easy access for bringing in groceries and luggage, or taking out food and drink to your back patio to enjoy before a swim. Excellent livability with 2 dining space options and 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Primary bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath. You'll love waking up to the palm trees blowing at sunrise on the back patio with large window sliders (but don’t worry shades to keep it dark in the bedrooms as well!). Walk out your back door to the tranquil pool and hot tub that is open past dark, feel safe in a secured community, easy access to walking trails for coffee, golf or tennis and…. a 5-15 min drive to ring the sunset bell at Pass a Grille Beach, easy public parking next to grocery for St Pete's public beach access, rent a kayak at Fort De Soto or rent jet ski's at the Tierra Verde Marina just 5 min away in the Boca Ciega Bay. Go on a dolphin tour out of St Pete's Beach, or just enjoy the peace on your back patio with a book and a cool drink, as you watch the sky turn colors before nightfall or greet the day with a sunrise. You won't want to leave! :-) Bonus: Just a short 20 min drive to the small and therefore easily navigated St. Pete/Clearwater airport. Like urban settings? Easy drive to fabulous St Petersburg downtown as well as easy access to Tampa for sports events or activities.
