Most kind and gracious hosts with the most adorable tiny home you could ever ask for. The views are incredible and the house is so cozy and charming. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this stay for anyone looking to experience the best of East Tennessee
We were very pleased with this property. Great location and near Tusculum University. Nice and quiet and comfortable. My daughter and i truly enjoyed it.Thanks.Bob Campbell.
The location is excellent with easy access to both hiking in the mountains and shopping/restaurants in Greeneville. The little house was decorated beautifully and the owners are accessible and responsive. We were lucky to be able to stay here while we had some work done on our home. It had everything we needed.
We loved our stay @ the bardaminium. The quaint & cozy space was just right for us and the view is stunning. We had a minor issue with hot water but the owners were prompt in communication and figuring out a solution . Highly recommend!
We loved our stay at your barnominium. We were in town to watch my son play baseball with the Greeneville Flyboys. Everything was as described. A cute country stay with an amazing view and all the necessities. Morning coffee on the porch was a must. We enjoyed everything about our stay and will be back! Thanks for the hospitality.
We thoroughly enjoyed the BarndoMINIum. It was so convenient and check in was a breeze. We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the house was sooo clean! But the best part was the view from the front porch rocking chairs. Spectacular!
The Barn was cuter and cozier than we were expecting!! Very clean. And the hosts were so kind. Quiet and peaceful setting(besides the neighbors cow mooing occasionally, which was just fine for us) We were able to check in early which was very nice. We visited the Museum in Greenville and learned so much history of this state and county. We have already referred this VRBO to friends and family. Thanks again for allowing us to spend a couple days in your Bardominium!!
We were a little unsure of what to expect from a rental property but were pleasantly surprised by how accurate the online description and photos were of the barndominium. The Bernier’s have a lovely, clean, and comfortable rental house that was well equipped for travelers who may have forgotten an item or two. The location was just far enough outside of town to be quiet and peaceful…much nicer than having to listen to noisy adults and children in a hotel all hours of the night. The bed was comfortable, there was no shortage of hot water for showering, the heat pump worked well for the fluctuation in outside temperatures, and we loved having the convenience of being able to wash clothes while on vacation. We would definitely rent from the Bernier’s again when visiting family in the area.

About the host
Hosted by Susan Bernier
Hi, we're Phil and Sue and we're excited to meet you. Phil's background is in building and remolding and Sue is crafty, loves to decorate, and refinish furniture. We love to host and entertain guests and dreamed of having a bed and breakfast one day. We have been blessed to see this dream come true (as least the hosting part, we're not a B&B). Our goal is to make this tiny home a fun and relaxing retreat for our guests.
Why they chose this property
Greeneville, TN is a small town located between two larger cities. When we settled here in 2008, it was the small town charm and friendly people that attracted us. Yet, when we want to shop for more than what a small town has to offer, we're only a 30-45 minute drive to the city. We consider this the "best of both worlds."
What makes this property unique
The BarndoMINIum at Sunnyside offers guests the privacy and benefits of a clean and comfortable furnished home as well as the beautiful mountain views and peaceful countryside.
