Property was excellent, owner very friendly and responsive. A note about Incline Village, most beaches are private so plan ahead by searching for public beaches or get an Improvement District beach pass if you plan to swim in IV itself

We stayed in 214 about three times and it’s worked perfectly for our family... we are close to Sand Harbor, which is our favorite beach, and our condo has access to a lovely swimming pool right on the premises. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby which makes our stay even more enjoyable.. It’s a perfect condo for our family...

Great experience

Sue, the property manager was very responsive and attentive. She sent a very detailed e mail with check in details(the morning of our check in day) and also set us up with a pass for the local private beach. The condo was clean, comfortable and within walking distance to Incline beach. Close to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Looks like Diamond Peak is close by for winter snow trips! We will be back!

The property was in an excellent location, is in good shape, clean and comfortable. The property is a good value. We had small children in our group and having access to the nice Incline village parks was a plus. The property could use some new cooking utensils.

House is dirty.Mold in bathroom upstairs.Stincy carpet downstairs bedroom.House is for 8 person but only 6 chairs (1 chair has broken leg).1 towel/person for 5 days.I rental this house before 2 times and right now I and my family was very dissatisfied.

Great location and quite, but needs update and beach vouchers available.

Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay. Great location, close to hiking, biking, and beaches; Sand Harbor is beautiful. Condo was spacious with plenty of room for our entire family. There were alot of Kitchen utensils and other items available to use. I did have to go out and buy a coffee maker because the one provided would not work, and even if it did, it was filthy. The Unit could use a deep clean, lots of dust and cobwebs visible. In the description it says there's access to a local beach and Vouchers would be available to gain access, there were no vouchers available. More cons were the pool, spa, and rec center were closed.

Peaceful

We had a great time. Loved how close it was to the lake. We were disappointed the pool was closed and was pretty shocked at very limited hours that you can access the jacuzzi. I think in the listing those limitations should be made clear. Pillows were basically non existant and additional towel/wash clothes didn't exist. Other than that were very happy with our stay. Thanks again!

Everything in this condo needs to be improved. I would not recommend it as a place to stay.

Lovely place for a family getaway

The property was more updated than I was expecting. The carpet was new and the bathrooms were clean. The layout of the second bathroom on the main floor made it less convenient as the other six guests were essentially sharing one bathroom. The property management wasn’t super helpful. The first night we had a power outage and basically said finding matches and other emergency supplies was on us and couldn’t even provide a name of where to buy a flashlight. Luckily it came back on quickly as it was below freezing, snowing outside, and we were without power and heat. There was also no fire extinguisher on site. Bring your own flashlight, toiletries, and dish soap, etc. Finally the door locked behind us 30 minutes before checkout and the cleaning crew was already there waiting for us to leave.
