Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

No bugs!

We did not see any signs of roaches or any other types of bugs. The property could certainly use some updating and the photos of the listing definitely are showing an updated unit. The bedrooms have carpet while the kitchen/living area are tile. The bathrooms need some TLC, but everything worked properly and it was clean. They do charge for parking and also for beach umbrellas. There were only sheets on the beds, blankets were provided but you have to put them on yourself. There is laundry, one washer and one dryer on each floor, not per room. The kitchen utensils were sparse, but just bring plastic and you will be fine. No daily housekeeping to make beds and exchange towels. It’s right on the beach, which is clean and clear. You definitely get what you paid for, if you are looking for a 5 star experience, this is not it, but it was clean and efficient for our stay.

Kitchenette

I rented this apartment with a kitchenette to be able to cook breakfast, but was really disappointed by the lack of basic essentials. There were only 3 forks for 4 people, no wine glasses, and no dishwashing soap. Additionally, there was no tablecloth for cleaning, so I had to use a face cloth. I wasn’t expecting a fully stocked kitchen, but the minimum equipment was missing, which made the stay less enjoyable. I hope the management can address these issues for future guests. I wrote to the owner on the first day to make sure I would have to write this comments.....but silence radio!!!

Not the greatest

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this stay wasn’t the greatest. Location and beach were very nice. Had no issues with the staff. But the rooms need a desperate clean and carpet replacement. And we also had 2 roaches. The price was great compared to properties nearby. But you get what you pay for….

Miami stay

Property was advertised as having a washer and dryer. It turns out this is on each floor. There is a shortage of dishes, chairs, towels, and utensils. Carpets need to be replaced. Limited restaurants in the area. Multiple towels were dirty and we asked for replacements which took one day. It took over one day to receive a response regarding the washer and dryer. Service on beach for chairs was terrible with limited communication or customer service and a greater interest in selling you drinks and food.

Not what I expected

The property was not as pictured on the VRBO listing. There was one tiny old coach in the living room. The place was old with peeling paint and just overall not comfortable. The ac in one of the rooms was rattling the whole time. Location was not close to any restaurants/coffee.

Poorly Maintained

It didn’t live up to the photos. As far as location. That was good. Our view was looking out at a dumpster. Smh. Wouldn’t recommend staying there. We sure won’t.

Dirty and disorganized!

They nickel and dime everything. The pictures are fake. This place is dirty! We had to switch rooms 3 times just to get the least of all evils. There were dead bugs in the pillows in one room and stains all over the carpet in another. Avoid this place if you can. The beach is nice location, but the property and management staff is just a mess

Excellent

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Large space for a family. We enjoyed being right on the beach and also a nice pool. The location was convenient , close to restaurants and supermarket. We will definitely looking forward to come back!

Nice and clean

Property was clean and as advertised. We enjoyed our stay. The property caters to mostly families and older individuals so there were no loud parties at night we had to contend with. Check in was easy. We didn’t have a car so cannot comment on any parking amenities offered.

Think Twice!

The property was not as advertised, the building/rooms are old with some updates. Gym facility was filthy and old. The area was more of a storage area for old non working equipment. The tennis court was out of commission the whole month we stayed. Elevators were very slow and service workers used them because the service elevator was out of service. Made many complaints to the front desk and VRBO with NO RESULTS!! THINK TWICE before booking.

This property was perfect for a family vacation. Steps to the beach, great pool for kids and ample playgrounds in a close walk. It was great to have a kitchen to cook breakfast and the balcony was a favorite spot to drink coffee. Miami Beach was clean, fun, and friendly. I can’t wait to go back!

Great stay!

Overall the room was great - very spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and steps to the beach was amazing. Location is wonderfully quiet and safe. A few miles from South Beach, but the free trolley downtown stops right across the street.
