Come stay in our cozy two bedroom condo located in the Liftside Condominium complex. Ground level with easy access to inside parking. All safe and secure. Enter and exit from your own private deck, no need to go through the building. This condo has no units above or on either side, truly like a private home. Bring your laptop - FREE Wireless Internet.
A high vaulted ceiling with an open floor plan makes this condo remarkable. No one is left out of the action with the open kitchen arrangement and great room. Over 1150 square feet of living space. View the mountains while preparing dinner in the full kitchen. The fully stocked, large, wood-burning fireplace takes the chill off those cool summer and cold winter nights. Relax by the fireplace with your favorite beverage!
Located just outside the ground level door are the enclosed swimming pool and hot tub. Relax after a day of hiking or biking, in the heated hot tub or do some laps in the pool.
Located in the Mountain House area of Keystone, you have easy access to shopping, dining, nightlife just steps from your unit. A five-minute walk to the River Run area for even more action. New restaurants and nightclubs in the River Run area along with child care. Or walk to Keystone Lodge for shopping, dining, or paddleboats on the Keystone pond.
Don't forget the FREE Summit County shuttle service. Park your car and ride the shuttle to River Run, Keystone Lodge, shopping at the City Market Grocery Store, Silverthorne Factory Outlets, or to Breckenridge!
This complex is a short 150 yard, five minute walk to both lifts in the Mountain House area of Keystone. Please note that snow conditions dictate which lifts and runs are open.

About The Owner
Thanks for visiting our web site. My wife Julie and I reside at Lake Winnebago, MO, just south of Kansas City. We have one son. We own our own manufacturing business in Lee's Summit, Mo. I grew up in Lee's Summit and my wife was born in Vermillion, KS, but moved often as her dad worked for the railroads.
Our son works for Expedia as a programmer. Now he gets paid for what he previously was in trouble for at home when growing up!

Why The Owner chose Northwest
Our family started skiing again in 1988. We finally decided to purchase a condo in Keystone since we skied often. We found this 2-bedroom unit at Liftside Condominiums after a long search. We liked the convenient location, the ground level entrance and easy access plus the high ceilings, which contribute to the openness of this condo. So many units we had looked at gave the feeling of being closed in.
What makes this condo unique
This unit is located directly inside the parking garage so there are no stairs to climb or elevators to wait for. This unit is very quiet being there are no units located above or on either side of our condo unit. Also the easy access to outside. Being a ground floor unit, you do not have to go through the building to go outside. The unit has two entrances. One by the parking garage and the other off the ground level deck.

Feb 26, 2015It was time to grow a thicker winter bear coat, so I decided to go on an alpine ski adventure to Keystone, Colorado. Imagine my luck at finding Gary, who is an incredibly attentive, responsive, and helpful vacation rental owner with a spacious condo within walking distance to the ski-lift. Gary responded to my request to stay at his condo within 30 minutes, and was very helpful throughout the booking process. Once I arrived in Keystone, I used the Mobile Hospitality cellphone application that Gary provided to find the key pickup location and directions to the condo. When we drove up to the condo it was blanketed in sparkling snow, and it felt like a winter wonderland. There was plenty of parking available and we were able to unload our car using both the condo entrance, and the outside entrance to the condo. When we walked into the condo we immediately noticed how large the condo was, and it was the perfect setup for either a family or 2 couples as each bedroom has its own adjacent bathroom. The vaulted ceilings and wood fireplace were our favorite aspect of the central living area. The next morning we headed to the ski hill and picked up our skis at the conveniently located ski-locker outside the door. We took a short walk to the chair lift on shoveled sidewalks and over a little bridge that crosses a freshwater spring—it was beautiful and enjoyable. After a day of skiing we headed back to the condo, and were happy that the hot tub is literally right across the sidewalk from the condo, 5 seconds from door to door. For dinner, the kitchen was well stocked for us to make a hearty meal after a long day of skiing. Meanwhile the wood fireplace added warmth and coziness.

Great time had by all
We had a great time at the condo! It is very private and comfortable, we hardly saw anyone else there the whole time. Plenty of room for 4 adults and very well stocked in the kitchen as far as dishes, pots/pans, cooking utensils... Super convenient access to the ski lifts, great location.
Gary was very helpful with my random questions and responded very quickly. We had no issues at all. I will be keeping this condo in mind for another weekend away.

Great condo / location / owner
This is my second stay in Gary's condo. It is a nice condo located within a short walk to the slopes. The kitchen is well furnished and the rooms are comfortable. I will try to rent again if available on my next ski trip.
Great Stay and Great Location
Stayed at this place over spring break. Very spacious and plenty room for six adults. Not a bad walk to the lifts and very close to places with reasonable food and prices (e.g. Goat and Pizza 101 are right next door). 1st floor location is very convenient and right across from the hot tub/pool setup. Would definitely stay at this place again.
Excellent Value
We had 3 people in here for an annual guys' weekend, and it was very comfortable. It's about a 3-4 minute walk to the lift carrying your skis and boots, but well worth it considering the free garage parking. The hot tub and pool are very nice, and the kitchen was well-stocked. A real bonus was the large amount of firewood available in the outdoor storage closet. Hugely convenient. The check-in and check-out procedures were very well organized, painless, and quick. Keystone was a great resort to ski, and we would definitely stay here again! Gary was very accessible and responsive to questions, so everything went great.
