Family friendly condo near beach

This 'Regency at Poipu Kai,' non-smoking, two bedroom, two bath, garden view condo is centrally located in the Poipu area. The lush green surroundings are accentuated with palm trees, ginger, and hibiscus.

This secluded, very private condo is a ground-floor unit with easy, convenient access and is only ten steps from your front door to the beautiful pool. At any time day or evening (up to 10:00 PM) feel free to sit in the hot tub and soothe, refresh and restore your tired body!

If you would rather go for a casual walk, you can take a 10 minute stroll to the Hyatt Regency or in the opposite direction a 5 minute walk to Poipu Beach. At either place you will find wonderful white sandy beaches and casual dining for lunch or dinner.

We have recently installed new kitchen and bathroom quartz countertops , a walk-in shower in the master bath, a ceramic tub with tile and curtain in the guest bath, as well as Travertine floors in the dining, living, bedrroms and kitchen area.

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The host’s communication was excellent from start to finish, making everything easy and stress-free. The location was perfect, with convenient walking paths to the beach and nearby trails, which made exploring the area a breeze. Having the pool and BBQ right outside the door was an added bonus and made relaxing and enjoying meals so convenient. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located getaway!

Great Vacation

The condo is in a great location. Walking distance to the beach. Pool and BBQ right out the door. We really enjoyed having the wagon, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling gear to take to the beach. We are looking forward to visiting Kauai again!!

Amazing Stay in PoiPu

Our family had an amazing week long stay at this condo. The condo was spacious, well stocked and in an awesome location. Pool right outside the front door. 10 min walk down to the beach. Beautiful grounds. Communication with owner was easy. Everything you need for beach days in the condo, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers, wagon, umbrellas, snorkel gear. Thanks for a great stay!

Condo in Paradise

The condo is very spacious and full of everything we wanted or needed during our stay. The wagon made carting down all of the beach chairs, boogie boards, and our bags to the beach very easy. The condo is only a 5 minute walk from the beach and the complex is very lovely and well manicured, so we enjoyed the walks. The owners provided all of the information we needed prior to our arrival, and were prompt in communicating when we couldn't find the pull-out couch sheets during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying in this condo!

Great place in a great location!

The property is as described. Such a nice open condo right by the pool. The kitchen was well equipped (no spices or other basic food prep items at this time). The beds were really comfortable. Communication was good and check in and check out easy. Would definitely stay again!

Paradise in Kauai

We just spent the most amazing week in Kauai in this beautiful property - honestly the pictures don’t do it justice. Literally three steps to the pool and hot tub, and about a 15 minute walk on a beautiful footpath to Shipwreck Beach, the location was perfect; and the unit itself was immaculate, with more than enough space for our family of four. Communication with both the owner, Karen, and property managers was warm, friendly, and responsive. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Gorgeous Space with great location!

This is a very well thought out condo! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make really anything! The rooms are nicely decorated and everything about the house is very comfortable. We had a hard time not spending our whole trip in the condo. Amazing Space, highly recommended!

A magically island get away..

This property is a fantastic home base for all your Kauai adventures. We woke up each morning and walked to Poipu beach and said hello to the turtles and monk seals. Follows by some coffee at Little Fish, great community feel but all the amenities of a hotel or home. The kids loves the pool right outside of he front door as well. Highly recommend this unit for a family or two couples.

Wow! Great location. We loved the beautiful scenery when walking. The pool and hot tub was steps away. The amount of beach items available was fabulous. We had a great time and would definitely stay in this unit again. Would highly recommend this unit for a family vacation.

We stayed at this condo for our honeymoon. And we had a great stay. It was a 5 minute walk from the best beach in Kauai. The condo had everything we needed for a week's stay, except food of course. Thanks George for making the arrangement as simple as possible. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was amazing! Great beaches, walking trails, nice property and surrounding areas. We loved all the beach toys and accessories left in the condo for our use. Only small complaint was that the queen bed needs new bottom sheets. They did not stay on the bed and it would slip off each night while sleeping. Otherwise the place was amazing and we would definitely stay here again!!

Great place and description was very accurate. We have stayed at P-Kai several times and this was one of the best. Love the pool and BBQ so close.Few small suggestions-a few more kitchen towels and Rubbermaid style containers + ice cube trays as the ice maker was on the fritz. We would come back here for sure. Do you want a place that is close to the beach stay here. Do you want a place that has the pool/spa close stay here. Do you want a place that is like home stay here. Do you want an owner/management that is responsive to inquires stay here.Do you want a place that has upgrade furniture, air conditioning, fans etc, then stay here.Do you like a place that furnishes beach chairs. umbrellas, beach towels and more then stay here.If you don't want all the above then I suggest you find somewhere else to rent.

Great place

Stayed for a week in March with my husband and 2 kids (6 and 8). The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was really windy the whole week we were there so beach time was limited. We definitely took advantage of all the pools that we had access to in the condo complex (it was at least 3). Short walk to the beach for sunrise and sunset. Highly recommended this property for families. Only wish was that it came with access to a gym.
