This cozy townhome is tucked away in a brand-new gated community just minutes from local destinations like Woodward Park, Riverpark Shopping Center, and Copper River Country Club. Stay local or use it as the perfect home base for exploring the many natural beauties Central California has to offer. You’ll be within driving distance of Yosemite, Sequoia/Kings Canyon, Shaver Lake, the Central Coast, and more. Spacious and clean - this is the perfect home away from home for any type of traveler.

Take advantage of the fully stocked kitchen with beautiful quartz countertops and plenty of space for cooking. Brand-new appliances feature an oven with a built-in air fryer. Enjoy your meal at the four-person dining table or out on the sunny patio.

Watch your favorite show on the 75-inch tv and soak in the natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Adjust the room for lighting or privacy at your convenience with the large remote-controlled roller shade.

Sleep in comfy queen beds that both feature en suite bathrooms with showers and ample closet space to store your belongings. The second bedroom has a desk + monitor to accommodate remote work.

You will have access to the entire townhome + two car garage. Keypad entry allows you to easily come and go throughout your stay. The community also has a shared outdoor space with a pool, outdoor shower, fire pits, and lounge area that guests can enjoy.

Please note that the pool is open seasonally from April 1st - November 1st.

Great Location & Retreat

We stayed here as our retreat during our visit to Yosemite, Sequoia, & Kings Canyon. Location is great with restaurants, grocery stores, and on the edge of Clovis so trips to the parks did not require going through town. Great home with amenities.

Wonderful Property!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and one of the most well stocked places I've ever stayed. Very comfortable beds and very kid friendly. Great communication with the owner. The location was very safe and close to restaurants and coffee shops.

Perfect middle spot for our National Parks trip

We had a wonderful stay. The property manager was incredibly quick and responsive when we had questions. Good location and amenities that were perfect for our little family. We were able to make day trips to both Yosemite and Sequoia from the condo.

We had a fantastic stay at this Clovis townhome! It was the perfect home base for exploring Yosemite, Sequoia, Kings Canyon, and even the breathtaking Big Sur coastline. The home was super clean, well-stocked with kitchen supplies, and the beds were incredibly comfy. Clovis itself had some great local spots to eat—Eureka! was one of our favorites. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Awesome condo

We really enjoyed staying at the condo. It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfy and it was a really quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants. Our host provided great instructions and made check in really easy. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Fresno!! Great place!

Great rental, exactly as described

Great location with good access to National Parks

We came for a wedding and decided to make it an anniversary trip as well. Close enough to major reas of Fresno for the wedding, but also great access to get to Yosemite, King's Canyon, and Sequoia Nationa Parks. Ple ty of space, well equipped and very clean. Would definitely stay again if we need to come back to the Fresno area.

Top notch townhome

My husband & I rented this townhome for a week while in Fresno for a wedding. The home is beautiful/new, clean, in a nice area of Fresno/Clovis. Amenities were great, plenty of extra linens, towels, soap, shampoo, paper products, etc. The host was very responsive. Check in was very easy. Having a garage to park in was very convenient. I highly recommend staying here!

Cozy in Clovis

The pictures do not do this amazing, cozy, beautiful, spacious 2bdrm 2bath home justice!!! The privacy of location in a gated community was a plus. There were many beautiful parks and places to eat, shop & access to freeway. You will not be diappointed I promise you!!! I will be planni g another stay for sure…
