Check in was easy. The house was comfy and we had a great time in Lava Hot Spring. Super convient and walkable to anything in town. The kids thought the movie room was awesome too.

Tina was a fantastic guest. She was friendly, respectful of the property, and left the home clean and well cared for. Communication was excellent throughout her stay, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would gladly host Tina again and highly recommend her to other hosts. 5 stars!

Had a great stay in Lava Hot Springs. The house was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything felt thoughtfully set up, with quality furnishings and a cozy atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a day out. The location was especially convenient close to the hot springs, food, and local attractions while still feeling quiet and private. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I’d definitely stay again.

Nice house. Well stocked with everything you need and close to downtown and the hot springs. I would not recommend this house for anyone that has mobility issues because there are a lot of stairs.

Brandon was an excellent guest. Communication was clear and timely from the start, and he treated the space with care. He followed all house rules, kept everything clean, and was very respectful. I’d be happy to host him again anytime and would highly recommend him to other hosts.

Great place for family and dogs

This was a great place to stay if you’re interested in being close to the pools, and having a place to yourselves. Kids loved the foosball table.

This was a perfect location my family had a wonderful time. Had enough room for the trail and side by side. The back yard needs some love, other then that it was awsome

We lodged in a rental property just off the Main Street, providing convenient access to local activities. As two families, we appreciated the house's thoughtful layout, which afforded us both privacy and great spaces to be together.

Comfortable and well stocked house within walking distance to everything in Lava. Large fenced backyard. Owner is quick to respond to questions and the couple issues that arose.

It stated there was washcloths abd towels in kitchen and there was only was towels. No garbage bags, the propane was completely out we went a bought a new bottle, the chairs in theaterroom on top did not recline, and whoever stayed before us had a dog and the theater room smelled like urine.

It was close to town. And it was clean . There is many stairs to get up into the house. Also it only has portable air conditioning units and fans. It was very hot and uncomfortable. It was 95 degrees in lava at the time we was there. Also there is not a plug in the main bathroom . So if you want to dry your hair you have to go downstairs to the tiny half bath to do it. Also you can walk on top of the garage. But don't let your small children out there, it's quite a fall with No railings. We will not be renting this again

Lava hot Springs Stay

Overall it was good. We had to dig our way in and there was no salt for the stairs, which made it a little dicey. Overall it was clean, we really enjoyed the theater room, and it was really close to the hot springs, which was great.

Wonderful location for our girls trip

Clean and comfortable, the movie room was a nice bonus. Within walking distance to everything. Just as a heads up to future guests, it was a particularly hot few days we were there, so the lack of AC was a little tough, but not a deal breaker. Also one of our guests is particularly sensitive to cat dander and struggled a bit with that.

No paper towels, kitchen was oddly not conveniently functional. Two TVs were not functional. Otherwise it was awesome. Great spot, awesome place to enjoy Lava. Convenient check in and access

It was good. I would like a new entry rug. Not appealing to walk in. But, it was a good place, decent price and very easy to communicate with owner.
