Ignacio was a great host, fantastic response time with any questions or concerns, and Lucy keeps the place clean and comfortable. The house is in a great location. Plenty of great food options within a 5 minute walk, even more within a 15 minute walk, I definitely recommend the Manila neighbourhood. Transit is close, as well as a supermarket which was incredibly handy for grabbing drinks, snacks or food to cook at home.I would definitely stay here again if/when I make it back down to Medellin

Host had excellent communication, Lucy the housekeeper was welcoming, friendly, and cleaned everything very good. Highlight was the outdoor patio, very relaxing space. Great place and close to everything yet far enough away to enjoy quiet. Also a couple minutes away from Sunday walks at the top of the hill. Great booking!

This is our second time staying at this property, the house in in great conditions and stocked with anything you could need. The location is close to everything but still in a quiet area. the property manager Lucy is amazing. i recommend this place and will for sure be staying there again

Great location

Great location close to bars, restaurants, supermarket, and metro. Lucy the housekeeper is amazing. Place could use a little TLC but overall a great place and would for sure rent again.

Perfect!

Except for the hill you have to climb to get to everything this place was perfect for our trip. Would definitely stay here again and use more cabs. The staff was responsive and very helpful.

Great Location/ Big House nearby many restaurants

We had a great experience at the house- it was right next door to a coffee shop and just blocks away from other restaurants. Walking distance to a lot. Neighborhood was really safe for even walking at night to all the local restaurants. Very green neighborhood- Seemed like a rain forest that was developed on. We would stay here again if we were to come back.

The location in Poblado was absolutely perfect — super safe, convenient, and close to everything from shopping centers and restaurants to amazing nightlife and entertainment. Everything you could need is just a short walk or ride away.The host was beyond responsive and accommodating throughout our entire stay, making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions almost instantly. It truly made our trip so much smoother and stress-free.A special shout-out to Lucy, the cleaning professional, who was phenomenal. She kept the place spotless and was always so friendly and warm — it felt like coming back to a fresh, clean home every single day.If you’re looking for a place in Medellín, this is it. Amazing Place and Location

Five of us stayed at the property. The property was clean and in a great location. We had easy access to the stores, restaurants, and attractions. Our host was very responsive when we had questions and provided us with a lot of details about Medellin. Lucy was awesome! She cleaned the property each day. She also cooked and washed clothes for a tip (optional). We were impressed and will stay at the location again in the near future.

Amazing Property!

This is an amazing large property with everything you need for large friends' trips or family gatherings. All rooms are large, well-stocked, and kept in good order and very clean. The gathering areas such as the kitchen, dining, pool table area, large back patio with grill, seating, and a hot tub, are exceptional and private. Rooms are spaced well on two separate floors with bathrooms either in or easily accessible to each. All beds were large and comfortable.In addition, this property is only minutes from all the action in Medellin, but tucked away just enough blocks away for quiet nights. One of the best properties I've booked on VRBO!

Fellas Trip

Spacious house with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate my fellas trip. Housekeeping was provided and was definitely needed. That was a huge plus! Security codes on the front door and bedrooms was a nice added feature, as we did have guests over occasionally. No worries from that standpoint. All the spots we visited were within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again if and when I revisit Medellin. No other place could match this place. It’s unparalleled!

great location with closed lots of restaurants and a good grocery store . safe place .only concern was 4 bedrooms with attached bathrooms out of 7. so more couples with issues . Lucy the house lady was great and very friendly. had a issue with lock and cant get in but she called locksmith and they have to take the door off. but overall trip was good with close night bars.

Couldn't have asked for more!

What an amazing spot! This massive mansion was in the perfect location and had everything you could ever ask for a bachelor party spot. Lucy helped us plan day trips, hire a driver and even cooked us breakfast. 100% recommend!

Great for a big group!

Mr. Ignacio was a life saver! From helping us coordinate transportation for our group of 10 to providing us with a contact for in-home covid testing before our flights! The house was perfect for our group.. 4 bedrooms downstairs plus 3 upstairs and an extra living room. Having so many bathrooms was key to helping us all be ready on time for our tours. We did the Guatape Tour and the meet up spot was 10 minutes from the house.. an easy walk. We were close to restaurants, bars and the supermarket. The backyard is beautiful however we were advised to keep the noise down to avoid neighbor complaints so we just stayed inside. Overall I would definitely recommend this home for large groups!

Excellent stay, great service!

Excellent stay at the property. Getting in and out was so easy with keypad codes. Lucy and Patricia were so nice and a wealth of information. Great service! Able to walk to breakfast and coffee cafes. 6-8 minute walk to huge Exito supermarket where you can get any groceries, toiletries, drinks, etc that you would need. Taxis were so cheap to get back to the property, about 5K pesos. Nice size bedrooms, pool table and jacuzzi. Would definitely recommend!!

Great house in the best neighborhood in Medellin , close to nice restaurants and walking distance to Medellin's nightlife. Excellent communication throughout all the booking process and Lucy (cleaning staff) just makes your stay a lot easier , definetely coming back and recommend.
