3 habitaciones / 3 baños, 1385 pies cuadrados. Condominio recientemente renovado ubicado a 1000 pies sobre la calle principal en Breckenridge. Hay una parada gratuita en el Summit Stage en el estacionamiento y un garaje para un automóvil con estacionamiento adicional gratuito.

Este condominio actualizado tiene una pared entera de ventanas que enmarcan las increíbles vistas de las montañas. Beautiful mountain view

Loved our stay with a super easy check in and check out. Next time, we would love a few more towels for the hot tub, a window that opens in the upstairs bedroom to enjoy the nighttime mountain air and a couple sponges in the kitchen for easy clean ups.

Great location and perfect for a small family.

Property was very well located with amazing views and a very short drive to Main Street in Breckenridge. Rooms were decent size and property was clean.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful time - the place was clean and had a beautiful view. The dryer and garage door were a little difficult to work (probably need to be repaired) but otherwise everything was in order. Would recommend!

Snowboarding Trip

I plan to stay here again next time I’m in Breck. The condo was very comfortable, had plenty of room for our group of 8 and was just 10 minutes from downtown. Mike was very helpful and accommodating.

Amazing views and location.

The condo was spacious and well appointed. The location and views were amazing. Unfortunately, the hot tub was under maintenance and we could not use it until the last day of our stay. Spoke to management about it and they were wonderful to deal with. I would recommend this condo to anyone interested in staying in the Breckenridge area. I can’t wait to visit again.

Great views

Great views! Don’t rent a suburban, because it won’t fit in the garage. Next time I will make sure and get the top floor. The people above us walked around all night and the floors are super creaky and we could hear their music.

Great location, needs a little love

Mike, the property manager, was INCREDIBLE. He was quick to respond to all my inquiries. The location and views of the condo are great, it was very clean although the carpet is very well used and was a little iffy for my crawling baby. The door was open upon arrival and was very difficult to close each time we left. The garage door was hard to close, the fireplace didn’t work, the sound on the tv didn’t work and there is a very noisy rattle in the kitchen heater. Most of these things were addressed very quickly by Mike though. The biggest struggle was the sound carrying from the unit above. You could hear every footstep and conversation and the people staying were up late and woke us all up so we had to use the basement rooms only.

Beautiful condo, but a few things to be aware of.

Check in seemed easy when we got to the Gold Point condos. I didn’t have a recent VRBO message / email from the owner, but one email I received upon booking mentioned going to the office to check in so I assumed it was the Gold Point office where the amenities were. We checked in and got to our unit. The cleaners left a little after 4 pm as we were waiting to check in. We didn’t want to rush them. Initial thoughts on the condo was that it was very pretty, but did not come with any pantry items outside or salt and pepper, there was no hand soap for any of the three bathrooms, and no laundry detergent. We were sitting around the kitchen table and had to wipe it down from the last guests and fully removed the table runner that was clearly not washed in a while. One day after check in I got a call while on the mountain from the owners. They asked if I checked in the day before because they still had my welcome package in downtown (4 miles away) where I was told I was supposed to check in. I explained who I did check in with, I was told this was incorrect and asked if I was still going to come down to downtown to get my ‘welcome package’ which included the Wi-Fi password. The owner never sent me the wifi password & came across a bit cold about this. It’s important to note the shuttle comes once every 18th minute of every hour. However, the shuttle is not always reliable. A few times we waited from the 14th min- 40th for it to come before we decided to order an Uber.

Not quit up to par

The condo itself was of reasonable size with a beautiful view of Break, but the bedrooms were extremely small with no real storage as drawers were installed in closets and half were taken up with bedding, leaving little for our own use. A smoke alarm was beeping in the condo when we arrived which I easily removed, but there was another smoke alarm beeping in a unit somewhere in the building which made sleeping or mere staying in the unit difficult. I contacted the property manager about both and they said they would contact their maintenance person for the interior smoke alarm and the HOA about the one in the other units - neither the interior unit smoke alarm nor the other unit beeping was fixed during our stay. The mattresses and pillows were really cheap and uncomfortable. The floorboards in the unit above the master bedroom were so noisy that we woke up every time someone moved upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked, but could use a frying pan (tough to make pancakes without). The sink in the master bath is actually separating from the counter - I was glad it did not fall off completely during our stay. The dryer took 2 to 3 hours to dry a medium size load. The heating unit made strange sounds through the kitchen vent. After a while, we got use to the sounds and started to be entertained by them as they were less annoying than the smoke alarm that beeped in the hallway (from another unit) for five days. We paid a premium for xmas week but did not get premium service that week, so much so we left a day early as we were tired of not getting a good night sleep.
