We are so glad that you enjoyed our stay. I apologize that your bed did not meet your preferences. We’ve found bed firmness is a very personal preference and that there are a wide variety of tastes. Some prefer soft, some hard, and we believe our mattresses are somewhere in between and most people enjoy the comfort level. Hello Rodney, we deep clean our furniture once a month, but they have white covers and can show easily. Our cleaning staff took care of this on the next cleaning. Thanks for making us aware of the cooking pans, they are fairly recent additions, however we have taken a look and have decided to replace them. As far as the dirt roads, 95% of cabins in Broken Bow area have dirt roads due to the rapid growth of the area. As reviewed on other platforms our guests have found them comparatively better than others in the area. Some might ask that if you have paved roads to your cabin, is it really a cabin? :). Either way we acknowledge that there is a risk of getting dirt on your car driving to the cabin. Although this has not been an issue for our other guests, we apologize this was not inline with your expectations. I would suggest sending an inquiry to future cabin stays and ensure your cabin is accessible by only paved roads, since this is not common.

Hi Carla, We’re sorry that we did not earn your Five star review. We’ve had nothing but good feedback on our outdoor furniture, however our team will closely check the furniture to ensure future guests are comfortable. Everyone has their preferences, however we wish to satisfy the majority of our guests with maximum comfort. We’ve also had our maintenance team inspect the hot tub and we’re happy to report that it is in full working order. Lastly, the roads around Hochatown are more than 90% unpaved. The blacktop does not extend to our property fully, however the conditions of our roads are better than most of the unpaved and paved roads in the area. There can be a few potholes to avoid, but generally shallow and easily seen. We’ve had all types of cars, boats, and RV’s visit our property previously without concern. All that said, we do value your feedback and will consider improvements wherever possible to ensure our guests have the greatest vacations. Thank you
